Cleopatra Spa Hotel

Très belle hôtel service au top manque juste un peut plus de choix au niveau boisson sans alcole j'aurai aimer qui est du jus de tomate par exemple des glaces aussi mais le personnel est agréable et très serviable. A la reseception aussi. Je recommande pour un séjour bien-être spa sauna jacuzzi.

Juste le lit trop petit

Perfect time of year to visit. Almost feels like the hotel is ours only. Great staff. Good breakfast. Lovely ambiance and amenities. Easy to get the bus from the local station to Barcelona. 1hr. Only thing is the local water park is closed for the season at this time of year. No worries when you have the pool. Hot tub. Sauna and Steam room at the hotel. Pool table available 2euros per game.

Good points : Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds (as rained the whole week bar one day) Jacuzzi in bathroom. Small fridge in room. Bad points : bedroom itself quite small. Hard to climb into jacuzzi. Not much food choices. Food repetitive. Hardly any nighttime entertainment & was very poor of on. None in daytime at all. hotel transfer drops you off with no firecrion to find hotel 8 minutes away

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Food awful Queuing for dinner a nightmare. Only had dinner in hotel twice because of food quality and queuing( having paid for 7 nights). First night people still Queuing at 8.45 pm to get in. Rooms noisy had to request a move because of noisy couple in next room, walls paper thin. Pool on small side with very few people using sunbeds etc. So no issues with bagging beds with towels. Only positives hotel clean, beds comfortable and quite good location. 10 min walk from beach.

Nice hotel. Location is central. Upgraded to room with jacuzzi bath. Had a great massage. Used sauna nice and hot. Supermarket across the street. Breakfast was fine but not warm enough.Downside was being dropped off at night in a car park told to walk up the hill to our hotel. Well DONT! GO ACROSS THE ROUNDABOUT. TURN LEFT AND WALK AHEAD LOOKING FOR STREET SIGN FOR HOTEL. Go down the street then turn right . Walk ahead then turn left looking for NV SUPERMARKET hotel beside it. .Staff are are all very nice and helpful

We stayed B&B for 7 nights at the Hotel Cleopatra Spa. We found it to be true to the many reviews we read before booking, so were not disappointed. It is worth reading them in order to get a balanced opinion. Overall, we would say, the hotel represents good value for the money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good with a wide variety of choices. The Hotel is ideally located for the shops and restaurants and only a pleasant 10 min walk to the beach. The walls seemed a bit thin, so if you have inconsiderate neighbours, you can find yourself hearing every word spoken by them and pieces of furniture scuffed across the floor and doors slammed into the early hours! There are splendid costal walks at either end of the Beach. We highly recommend a visit to Cala Banys cocktail-bar along the costal path towards Platja Fenals bay. We visited several times, drinking cold beer, enjoying the magnificent views while listening to a mix of fantastic music; blues, jazz, soul, country and other genres.

I was one of 6 elderly men who travelled to Lloret for a week's holiday and coupled it with a visit to a RL match in Perpignan, Southern France. Access by coach isn't possible at this hotel as it is in a narrow street and our arrival sand departures were accompanied with a brisk five minute walk. Whoever invented suitcases with wheels should be given a Nobel Prize. We had booked and received individual occupation rooms and each appeared to be slightly different from the next. Some boasted a walk-in shower whilst others had jacuzzi style baths with showers over. You may need to check to ensure that you get a room to suit your needs. The rooms were clean and each had adequate wardrobe and drawer space. An odd quirk, in my room anyway, was the absence of a shelf over the washbasin - I am used to having shaving kit etc at my finger tips and hunting through my wash bag was a minor daily inconvenience. Because of its inland location the hotel has little to boast of by way of 'rooms with a view' - the best you can hope for is one that overlooks the small but immaculately tended swimming pool. Mine overlooked the roof of the next door supermarket but, in fairness, I spent very little time on the balcony. The pool and surrounding area are a bit of a highlight of the hotel as the paving is clean and even and the sunbeds both plentiful and comfortable. The pool was classifed as heated but still provided as shock to the system when you first got in. We had booked bed and breakfast so I cannot comment on the quality of food other than the early morning offering. In truth it wasn't as warm as northern Europeans like it but everything seemed well prepared and plentiful. There wasn't an egg cooking station which was a pity as I have a penchant for omelettes, but there were fried and scrambled eggs available. One slight hiccup was the bar closing at 1am without providing patrons of any notice beforehand. Notwithstanding the night manager provided us with a complimentary bottle of beer as a nightcap. Muchos gracias mi amigo. All in all a good place to stay and each of us would be happy to return next year.

Outstanding hotel. ROOM 1515.... I'll start at the beginning. Check-in isn't until 3pm, we arrived just before 12pm, our room was ready and we were able to check-in. There wasn't a table on our balcony (nor any other balcony), we're smokers and obviously like to put the ashtray on a table. On our way out for the evening at 5pm ish (day one), I politely asked the lady on reception if there was a possibility we could get a table, she said she'll see what she can do. We returned at nearly midnight and da daaaa, we had a nice big table. In the following couple of days, we noticed other balconies now had tables, I presume they saw ours and were jealous :) ALL staff were very polite and pleasant, I won't single anyone out as they were honestly as polite as each other. The room was more than adequate, good size bathroom - it even had a hydro bath, excellent shower, toiletries provided, hairdryer and the towels changed when you chose to have them changed. Breakfast - buffet style which catered for everyone. Lots of choice which was being constantly topped up My wife says I have to mention her massage... she opted for the 50 minute and she says it was the best she's ever had provided by Elizabeth. Perfect location, 5 min walk to seafront.
