"Really enjoyable week Half board .Breakfast excellent,all the usual plus lots of quality fresh fruit.Evening meal good, very English eg: Steak pie ,but with a Spanish dish every day which usually very good .The self clear system in the dining room was very effective and should be used in more places .Room clean comfortable with very efficient silent aircon . The bar outside was very busy in the early evening ,mainly because of the quality of the entertainment the drinks prices were very reasonable,and the waiters were amazing. Location ideal smack in the middle of the two resorts .Kev&Gill"

"Staff behind bar and on reception lovely, the room not so much. They did offer to change us room but there wasn’t any point as it was only the floor below and the water supply would have probably been the same. Ended up a 73 year old and 23 year with infection in the private area from the water and we knew it was the water because it stunk the apartment out as soon as you ran any water. I also ended up with scabbies that I thought was just an allergic reaction till I went the doctors, from the blankets that are left in the room as I slept on the sofa and the thin sheet isn’t enough with the gaps on the balcony door."

"We had an absolutely fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were phenomenal, always so happy to help and very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were extremely clean and well presented. Both the outdoor and indoor pools were clean and well kept, and very relaxing. The beach is literally right next to the hotel with beautiful views and crystal clear water. The food was fantastic, I am quite a picky eater but they had a lot for everyone, including a theme every (or most) nights. The food was always good and consistent and again the staff in the restaurants were so lovely and willing to help with anything. The servers work very hard to keep the restaurant clean and ready for the next people, and there is food on every day at the pool bar. The pool bar was great, it served pizza and fries most days which was welcome to me but also always had salad and fruits available. The pool area was perfect for us and when we went, it wasn’t too crowded, and the sunbeds were always comfortable and clean. There was a cocktail of the day every day which were always gorgeous, and a very delicious cocktail slush menu. There were two shops within walking distance that sold souvenirs and snacks, and again the staff there were lovely. There was daily glass bottom boat trips from a very small port about a 5 minute walk away for €29pp for 2.5 hours (and a longer version which we didn’t take but would have been pretty similar), and the tour was great and you saw some gorgeous views of Mallorca. We also spent a few hours going to the nearby town of Artá on the day of their market, which was lovely and a taxi only cost us €20. The hotel had absolutely everything you need and we had a fantastic time. I would recommend it to anyone. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience! Would love to give special thanks to the bar staff Serafin, Jesus, Samuel and Dani for going above and beyond and being so kind and welcoming. We had an absolutely brilliant time "

"I visited this hotel with my teenage sons. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Our treble room was large and the additional put up bed amazingly comfortable...which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Breakfast was amazing and allowed for the pickiest of eaters with a wide range of fresh foods on offer. We knew the hotel was 'popular' with German guests but we had not anticipated being the only English people in the hotel or having to order breakfast in German...all of which was quite amusing. Whilst there were several polite exchanges in English and German we did feel quite isolated. However, I fully appreciate that this is not the hotels fault. I would return, but probably without children."

" Hotel very good location. It stands at the beach, near the shops, restaurants etc. Staff are kind, but 90-95 % don't talk english. Receptionist as well. (expext 2) Food is tasty, but after 3-4 days, that is very boring. They cook very similair every day. Small hotel, small options. The room is all right. Pillow is really hard. There is a big balcony. Good things. We could pay by room card everywhere in the hotel. I think the hotel is perfect for a short time staying "
