Das Hotel hat eine Lage, die schon direkt beim Bezug der Zimmer und dem Blick nach draußen aufs Meer Entspannung pur bietet. Wir hatten einen superior Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine und Minibar die immer wieder aufgefüllt wurde. Im Restaurant fanden wir immer leckeres frisches Gemüse und Fisch und Fleisch und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Nur die Obstsäfte könnten qualitativ besser sein. Aber dafür gibt es Sekt wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen ich war zum dritten Mal dort. Und fühle mich sehr wohl... wie zu Hause

Super schönes Hotel, Essen war super und sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gab immer frisches Fleisch und frischen Fisch. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Strandbucht einfach wunderschön. Das Personal war immer höflich. Alles in allem ein super schöner Urlaub.

Zimmer sind absolut in Ordnung, Dusche und Wasser sowie das Bett wunderbar. Das Essen am Abend ist leider häufig kalt, wenig abwechslungsreich, besonders an der Poolbar gab es jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot, satt wird man trotzdem, das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Der Animateur ist sehr bemüht sich nett, jedoch täglich gleiches Programm - ein Yogaprogramm wäre z.B. sehr reizvoll.

Great Hotel. The staff are generally very pleasant and are all seemingly multilingual. I found all staff were polite and helpful. All rooms have a view of the pool/sea. I would suggest you request a higher floor for the best views. Beds are large and comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a quiet location if you’re looking to get away from everything. Some downsides: 1) We were all inclusive. The food is ok. It’s not very hot and I found that it wasn’t replenished quickly enough. 2) There aren’t enough tongs/serving utensils for the food meaning that people tending to have to use the same thing for multiple dishes. 3) One night, the grilled meat (which to be fair is cooked freshly) was labelled as ‘Secret Meat’. Even when staff were asked for more information, they would just smile and say “it’s a secret”. 4) I would avoid the shop directly across from the hotel. All of that said, I am planning to return to this hotel next year to recharge my batteries. Throughly enjoyed my short break here and would suggest that anyone would be hard pushed to find the overall experience negative.

We were looking forward to the great sea views in the photos and unfortunately we got unlucky. We did request a high floor when booking but the last two I have done that at different hotels we got the lowest floor possible. I don't think I will ask again !! Being on floor one the view of the sea is blocked out by trees. Disappointing but it wasn't a deal breaker. We did ask for a move but were told that the hotel was full and come back tomorrow. We didn't bother. That was the only real negative. On the whole the hotel ticked most of our boxes. It was close to the sea with a nice sandy beach and the food was good. We arrived just after lunch but the restaurant was open until 3 so we were invited to take lunch and come back to check in, which we did. The food on the whole was good/very good. The only criticism was that some of the food was luke warm. (They also need to clean the salt and pepper pots which have become clogged. I saw a number of people banging them on the table to clear and on one occasion someone blowing into them, which is clearly not good). There was a good choice of food and we always found something to eat, although vegetarian options were very limited apart from salad and veg. Drinks were OK, the local Bacardi wasn't up to much so I didn't have more than one. The beer and wine was ok and good selection of soft drinks and coffee available. We liked that the restaurant was open until noon for breakfast although hot food finished at 10.30, they did leave what was left out until gone. Breakfast choice was good. There were plenty of sun beds by the pool although the sun did go down behind the hotel quite early so you had to be choosy to get ones that stayed in the sun, if you wanted to stay out until late afternoon. The pool was cool but still ok to swim in mid October. There were plenty of places to sit around the hotel and the bar furniture looked fairly new. There was a spa with indoor pool and jacuzzi and a gym. We didn't use these so can't really comment but they looked good. The sun terrace on the top floor was nice with 2 Jacuzzis and a great view. There was some entertainment which was good. The animation guy was very good. You are a way out of Cala Rajada but the bus went from outside the hotel for 3e. We got the bus in and a taxi back, the taxi was only 13e The bedroom and shower room were very good. I am not sure if all rooms have accessible shower but our room did. The curtain was a little too far away from the shower so the water was running down outside the tray and flooded the floor. The maid did leave a folded towel after our first day, at the edge of shower curtain so this stopped flooding. We did mention this to reception on leaving. The bed was reasonably comfortable and there was a tv with some English channels. There was tea and coffee in the room and a fridge with 2 bottles of water on arrival. There was no issue with refilling the bottles in the bar or restaurant. There was a free safe which was a bonus. The

Just came back yesterday after staying here for a week. We opted for the My favourite club as it was only a bit more expensive. We got a room on the 9th floor the highest the rooms go. The view from the room is just great. When we arrived we got asked if we wanted a sparkling wine or juice which is a really nice touch. The receptionist for check in was really lovely and explained everything to us. The rooms aren’t that big but you aren’t that often in the room anyway. The beds are massive but so comfortable. There is a coffee machine and kettle, the coffee and tea get replenished every day so are the drinks in the mini fridge and the water. We had half board booked which was plenty. They do full breakfast until 10:30 and then continental till 12:00. The choices for breakfast are plenty and especially the small chorizo sausages are so good. Dinner had plenty of choices as well and every night the hot food would change. There are plenty of salads, pasta, meat, fish and other options. The desserts were great and not too filling either. Every night you will different ice-cream or sorbets as well. The first night we payed for a glass of wine each and then decided for the reminder of the stay to go for the drinks package. Which made it easier. During the day you can go to the my favourite club area next to the bar to get free coffees, drinks and wine till 7:00pm Most days we went to the beach which you can access through the pool area. If you want a sun lounger at the beach it will cost you 19.50 euro for two but they are very comfortable. There is a little bar/restaurant on the beach as well. They do great Mojitos. The sea is a bit calmer in this area which is good if you aren’t a good swimmer. One day we walked to Cala Ratjada and then up to the lighthouse and back, it’s a really nice walk which takes you around an hour one way. The area the hotel is in is more quieter than Cala Ratjada which is just what we wanted and needed. Every night there is different entertainment in the hotel we didn’t watch any but from the balcony we could hear them. All the staff we encountered in the hotel are so friendly and trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We already thinking of coming back next year as we had a brilliant time
