HOTEL TRANQUILO Y COMODO CERCA DEL CENTRO Precioso hotel cerca del centro de LLanes. Habitación algo pequeña. Bañera en vez de ducha, con minibar. Camas cómodas. Amplio aparcamiento privado Desayuno muy pobre.

Pleasant, clean, quiet and friendly hotel with very easy driving access from the main autoroute and only an easy and safe 5 minute walk into the centre of Llanes. Comfortable bed and good choice at breakfast. Good sized balcony though lacking in privacy and view. Spacious and secure on site car park with no excessive charge.

Al recepcionarnos no nos dijeron nada acerca del hotel , esta unicado en la emtrada y salida de Llanes es muy ruidoso . No tienen ventilacion en las habitaciones, es muy caluroso , mi habitacion tipo bohardilla la ventana es minuscula no se ve ni la calle y si se abre el ruido es infernal . El.spa es solo con acceso pago . Buen estacionamiento pero no todo es cubierto .

Hotel totalmente decadente….habitaciones anticuadas, olor desagradable, baños viejos, oxidados y sin luz. Necesita una buena reforma o un cierre. No se puede cobrar por una noche con desayuno 162€ como si fuese un hotel de 4 estrellas y dar habitación y servicio de uno de 1 estrella. No disponían ni de zapatillas de habitación para los clientes. Las ventanas llenas de humedad y telas de arañas por todos lados en la habitación. Un hotel decadente y abandonado.

Estancia de una semana en el Hotel con valoración discreta, ya que le falta matices y detalles a mejorar. Por ejemplo, zonas comunes(hall y pasillos) con olor lejía( debieron quejarse otros clientes ) por limpieza sin perfume. ( las hay baratas y que dejan olor delicioso que es muy gratificante desde que entras . Asi hasta el 5 día. Habitación excesivamente calurosa y nada opaca desde que el sol le da por la mañana . No cuestan mucho , stores opacos ……creo. En verano debe ser terrible ya que no vimos aire acondicionado. Terraza con mesa y dos sillas ….. para que tan extensa . Y pagada como extra . Ni hamacas nos ofrecieron( otros las tuvieron) . Desayuno mejorable. Algunos empleados poco empáticos. Sin gimnasio. Mobiliario caduco y decoración muy pobre. A reformar……hay que dar más en un 4 *…… o quitarse una .

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, las habitacione que nos dieron no tienen aire acondicionado y si abres las ventanas del mirador que dan a la carretera tiene mucho ruido con tràfico intenso. Si quieres tranquilidad no es recomendable

Hotel acogedor y agradable. Personal también muy atento. El Spa también nos gustó mucho y el restaurante tiene una carta estupenda. Hay un par de salones para estar tranquilos o de lectura también muy recomendables. Desayuno bien, algo corto en fruta y cereales integrales pero unos panes y quesada muy ricos

The ******* listing is very misleading. It's advertised as having a pool, however when you arrive you learn that it's €22 per person per visit (the lady at the pool reception desk kindly waited until we'd changed into our trunks to tell us). There was nothing during the booking process that indicated this. When I contacted them, Expedia's customer "service" people spent an hour lying to me, saying that the booking said that the pool wasn't free (they could not send me either an email or a link as evidence, however). When this didn't work, they told me that since the pool's not explicitly listed as free, it's at the hotel's discretion. I look forward to being told the same thing about, say, sheets or hot water in future. The listing also says there's a laundry, which there isn't. I was planning to do some, so it was annoying. As for the hotel itself, it's quite an elegant building in nice grounds, but it's seen better days. The roadside rooms get a lot of traffic noise, and there's no aircon, so you get to choose between too hot and too noisy. Breakfast is half hearted. Coffee's OK, small selection of limp fruit. Sometimes there's tortilla, depending on what time you go. Fresh squeezed juice is a nice touch, except for the dead flies. Llanes is a beautiful town with some terrific walks in the mountains, but I'd stay in a different hotel. I probably won't use ******* again, which is a shame because they were my default booking service for a while.
