Hotel Kaype - Quintamar arvostelua

Muy tranquilo y muy buen sitio, el unico problema que contrate una habitación con terraza y vistas al mar y me dieron una sin terraza

Perfecto. En un sitio precioso.

Hotel Genial!!! Primera línea de playa Desayunos muy completos. El personal muy atento y como siempre nos ayudan en todo. Despertar en la mejor playa de llanes. Es nuestro hotel siempre que visitamos Asturias. Recomiendo las habitación de de vista al mar aunque tienen un suplemento vale la pena.

El 31-1-2025 reservo a través de Booking 1 habitación en el Hotel Kaype para 3 personas (2 Adultos + 1 niño) para los días 28 Febrero al 4 Marzo (4 noches). Siempre que viajo, tengo por costumbre llamar al hotel unos 4-5 días antes para asegurarnos que la reserva sigue activa y en orden. El viernes 21-2-2025 realizo la primera llamada y nadie atiende el teléfono. Sigo realizando llamadas los días posteriores (varias al día) hasta llegar al día 25 sin conseguir contactar con ellos por teléfono.´ El 20-2-2025 recibo un correo electrónico comunicando la intención del establecimiento de cambiar las fechas de mi estancia, pasando de 4 a 2 noches pero al mismo precio. Evidentemente, rechazo la oferta. El 24-2-2025 me llega otro email informándome que el hotel ha iniciado el proceso de cancelación de mi reserva, la cual también he rechazado. El 25-2-2025 les envío un email y también les escribo un mensaje a través de Booking explicándoles que llevo unos días intentando contactarles y era para confirmar que la reserva seguía su curso. El 26-2-2025 me responden con el siguiente mensaje: “BUENAS TARDES,PERDONE LAS MOLESTIAS, PERO TUVIMOS UN PROBLEMA DE INUNDACION EN EL HOTEL Y TENEMOS QUE PERMANECER CERRADO PARA LA FECHA QUE TIENE RESERVA.LA LINE TELEFONICA TAMBIEN FUE AFECTADA.LE AGRADECERIAMOS CANCELAR LA RESERVA.PERDONE POR LAS MOLESTIAS” Evidentemente les contesté, y les dije que si se les ha inundado la semana anterior, habían tenido tiempo de avisar a los huéspedes. Y si se les ha inundado ese mismo día, podían haber atendido el teléfono los días anteriores. La situación estaba bastante clara, tenían un compromiso con alguna amistad o bien un evento en el hotel y no habían guardado las habitaciones suficientes, pero en cualquier caso, no es mi problema. Finalmente, a 2 días de las vacaciones he cancelado la reserva y consigo encontrar otro hotel para salvar las vacaciones de mi familia. Por si a la dirección del hotel se le ocurre venir a escupir bilis o mentiras, anticipo que tengo capturas de todo lo que digo, además de fotos y vídeo del hotel trabajando con total normalidad durante esos días, sí, porque he ido allí personalmente a comprobarlo durante ese fin de semana.

Das Hotel lebt von der Lage. Direkt am Strand mit großem Parkplatz. Das Zimmer war mittelmäßig mit Blick auf den Strand. Die Betten waren sehr durchgelegen. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Es gab fast keine Möglichkeiten, nasse Badebekleidung aufzuhängen. Das Bad hatte keine Fenster und keine andere Art der Belüftung. Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich und das Abendessen einfach schlecht. Es wirkte alles ein bisschen lieblos und ich empfand das Personal a,uch irgendwie lieblos. Wie gesagt, das Hotel lebt von seiner Lage.

zwischen hob und top Familienzimmer für bis zu 4 Personen war ok. Frühstückbuffet ohne Warmspeisen / Eier. Nichts für mehrere Tage. Abendessen - Menu de la noche kleine Portionen. Das ist insgesamt verbesserungsfähig!!!

Very disappointing. Scroll past this one Very disappointed!. We feel cheated. When looking to book, the picture shows the Kaype Hotel on the see front, BUT when booking the room, the room description comes up as Kaype - Quintamar which is NOT the same! After booking and paying the non refundable room rate, we got a email, saying not to expect a see view or balcony, as we were booked into the annex (this should have been explained before we booked).They make out it’s an annex at the rear of the hotel, but the reality it’s another hotel behind the Kaype Hotel with no views, a damp / musty smelling lobby, tatty stair carpets, tatty rooms, no one on reception, no on site parking (Reception and parking is at the Kaype Hotel) and for us, even worse, we were up in the loft space with no air conditioning and a low ceiling. Hit my head a number of times. We have been on a two were road trip and this is by far the worst hotel we have stayed at on this trip. I could go on, but the bottom line is scroll past this one and find a better hotel. 8 - 10 is not a fair reflection of this hotel. I would give it 5 - 10 and that’s only because of the location. Also could not get wifi in the attic room, but I guess that to stop anyone getting g on the internet and giving a bad review!

Nice hotel on the renovated side but very loud This hotel was a perfect location right on a beautiful beach. We first had a room on the “nautical themed” side. This side is a lot older and run down feeling than the other more renovated side. We changed rooms at midnight due to three bus loads of kids (not school buses but giant tour buses) being on the floor right above us. These kids were INSANELY loud and unsupervised. You could hear every word they screamed (yes screamed), they were dragging furniture all over the room and congregating and hopping onto each others balconies all while screaming. The “chaperone” was sitting in the hall on his phone and just said there’s nothing he can do when we asked if he could ask them to quiet down. Im a flight attendant so spend half my life in hotel rooms and I have NEVER seen anything as wild and out of control as this place. Eventually at midnight we packed all our things up and the front desk put us in the other side or the hotel which was much better. These kids were everywhere the entire time we were there. The resturant, the common areas. It was like spending our anniversary at an unsupervised kids camp lol.

No guestfeeling due to lack of service. The hotel has the absolutely best location close to the beach and beatifiul sunset. But we where placed in a second building, no view. The room was poorly equipped. No chairs to put clothing on or just to sit. We only had the bed to sit on. We asked for readinglights as there were none and the were placed that very evening. As this is a hotel at the beach one would think they give you new towels, the air was humid and hard to dry in the room. If you asked for service you got it but now initiative from the hotel. We would go to the same area but look for a different hotel.

Okay Etwas laut,weil zwei große Busse mit Schulkindern da waren.Was wirklich toll war ist der Ausblick auf das Meer vom Zimmer aus.

Deficiente mantenimiento Las puertas del armario ropero: sistema de apertura muy deteriorado. Es muy problemática y requiere esfuerzo su manipulación. La silla de la habitación muy sucia. Evidentemente ni la usamos. No repusieron gel de baño, al cuarto dia hubo que pedirlo. Por lo demas, buena ubicación, hotel tranquilo, garantizado el descanso.

Sitio ideal pero a reformar urgente El sitio muy bonito y las habitaciones con vista al mar geniales, pero las habitaciones necesitan una reforma muy urgente
