This is a delightful guest house with extremely comfortable rooms. We were made to feel very welcome. There is no downside staying here, everywhere was clean and well maintained. The breakfast excellent. Its location is within 10 minutes of bars, restaurants, shops and the front.

Lovely place to stay. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Comfy beds. Very clean and tidy. Fabulous breakfast. Would recommend. Not far from the centre of Llandudno Will definitely stay here again. Lovely seating area outside. Cute dogs too

Excellent service ,very friendly. Room was lovely . Lounge to relax in. Didn't need to take dressing gowns, . Facilities in room for coffee/ tea. Short walk to the promenade bars & restaurants. Off road parking was available , but could park on the road.

The warmest of welcomes to this home from home guest house. The team were always pleasant and happy to help. They even provided some prosecco for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Breakfasts were excellent, a good choice of different foods, more toast and coffee as required. Good selection of teas, coffer and hot chocolate on the tray in the room.

Received a very warm welcome. Lovely rooms that were well decorated. I slept better than I do at home. Nothing was too much trouble. The Breakfast selection was excellent, so much so that I was still full at lunchtime. Peaceful location away from town centre noise.

My sister had bought me a present of a night away and seen this guest house and thought it looked lovely......it was. It is in a great and quiet location, not far from train station, amenities and beaches. Jo and staff were so lovely and want to make your stay a great experience. The bed was comfy and everything that you could need was provided. Breakfast was amazing. My husband is fussy when it comes to food but he eat quite a lot.....starting with salmon and cream cheese, fresh fruit and yogurt, pain au chocolate, toast, full english and apple juice.....I had cereal, fruit and full english.....couldn't fault it. A lovely stay.

This guest house is in a perfect location. Just a short walk from the train station (approx 7mins) and a 10min walk to Llandudno pier. Neatest pubs/restaurants only a 5min walk away. From the moment you arrive the fabulous host Jo makes you feel so welcome. The room we stayed in was very spacious and included a living area. Teas, fresh coffee and hot chocolate all provided. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower and toiletries provided. Together with large, fluffy towels and dressing gowns it really does feel like home from home. The bed was extremely comfy and rewarded us with a good night sleep over the three nights we stayed. Breakfast was amazing and so tasty. Cooked to order so fresh, hot and good quality ingredients used. Great selection of cereals, fruit and pastries. We will definitely return to Llandudno and we will definitely stay at Rosaire again. I don't think anywhere else will beat this little gem. Thanks Jo, Pat and the rest of your team for making our stay so memorable ❤

What a wonderful suite we had and so comfy and spacious, tea, coffee facilities and great shower. Lovely comfy bed, garden Lovely.Host very attentive even got a pre visit courtesy call to let us know room would be ready by 12 . Great place to stay and 10 mins from prom
