Stay for two days with breakfast looking forward to breakfast and find out it a cold breakfast not hot so was not happy

Llandudno gem
What can i say about this hotel but that it was excellent. Huge room, spotless, comfy, huge bed, clean everywhere, quiet, free parking outside, 5 minute stroll to the venue, warm and cozy and we where greeted by a lovely man who was so helpful. They did offer breakfast but we skipped it but good to know its on offer! definately recommend 100%. Excellent value

Check in very odd. Was phoned three times to ask what time we were arriving.

Our room was a delux Seaview room and had lots of space and a comfortable bed . The sea view was lovely with a view of the Great Orme . One window didn’t close properly.
Our daughter’s room was very cold the radiator when turned up was hardly warm . She was very cold in the room.
The water pressure in the shower wasn’t good .
The breakfast was continental . They didn’t have any diary free butter or milk which was a shame for our daughter and boyfriend who were vegans .
The owner was very helpful and friendly .
The bar area wasn’t cosy so we didn’t use it .

Worst Hotel I've ever been to. After check in and paying for my dogs to stay, round 7pm Water pouring from ceiling straight onto the bed, plus a drafty cold bathroom with a door that was 3inches short of closing, and rattling windows. Tried to ignore the advisory of no hot food and no bar licence but impossible to ignore. Just awful.

I received a call in the morning telling me their card machine was not working could we bring cash to pay? I did not feel this was right, so I took a drive around and from what I saw from the curb side was not pleasing to me, it look untidy and not clean at all. In one way we had an incident occur at home that we had to rush home for so never stayed there. But we received a thank you e mail today?

Was adequate and matched the price per night paid . Breakfast ( continental ) was very good and the few staff we met were polite and friendly .
