Craigside Manor

Stopped here for a spot of lunch this afternoon and were very happy. I had a cajun chicken burger and my husband had a seafood platter and we both had desserts. The and service from Neil and the rest of the team was absolutely excellent. Thank you!

We stay in Llandudno all the time and Craigside manor is the best sleep we have had fantastic comfy beds. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟5 star service from all the staff especially the very welcoming Alex serving in the restaurant we really could falt anything 👍👍👍👍👍

After a fabulous refurbishment, we thought we would head here for dinner and we were not disappointed. The service was absolutely excellent with a special thanks out to the wonderful Tara who not only give us impeccable service that was highly entertaining and such a wonderful lady. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. Can highly recommend the sage chicken and the steak and ale pie. Everything is reasonably priced and very good value for money as far as I’m concerned. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice refurbishment, excellent service but let down by the food wait time and drinks prices. Our food arrived nearly an hour from ordering and £6 for a pint of shandy! I'm sorry, but you're not London! Such a shame as it's a lovely venue but with the length of time it took for our meals to arrive, and the drinks prices, it's doubtful I will return when there is so much choice in Llandudno.

Thank you Craig Side Manor, but most importantly thank you to Tara, our waitress, who unequivocally was the icing on the cake, that made our visit, on Easter Sunday very special. Such a good humoured and affable waitress, I have ever yet to encounter. She was super efficient and she really could not do enough for us and every other table that was around us. So funny and engaging. Well done Tara. The food was excellent and the roast dinners we had were perfect and very tasty indeed and the speed in which they came to the table after ordering was brilliant. The table we were sat on, had such a perfect view of Llandudno pier and the little Orme, especially as it was such a lovely day. The refurbishment is a triumph and it is definitely a family friendly place to eat and drink. Well worth a visit and I expect people will be back time and time again!

Being local to the area, my wife and I have been meaning to try Craigside Manor since it reopened. Being without a car at the current time we've not made it. But today, the weather was so nice we decided to walk up from Craig y Don. Our local is the Gwesty Links so we kind of knew what to expect in relation to food and drink. We were seated and our waitress came over and introduced herself. Her name was Tara.... Let me just say, everyone needs a Tara in their lives. She was so bubbly and enthusiastic. She made us feel as though we were her only customers even though she was really busy. The food was spot on. My wife had prawn cocktail to start and I had the black pud and pork sausage roll. Both were presented really well and were very tasty. We both then had roast beef, again presented well and the beef was literally melt in the mouth. Top marks for everything.... Especially the service we had from Tara.
