Good location, I can walk to victoria fall, good hotel but the telephone in my room is broken so I have to walk to reception everytime that I need something

房間大，床舒適，衞生間很好，酒店裡有斑馬，泳池大，早餐好，離大瀑布近，超滿意

WiFi,早攴，二樓有露台，有浴缸，有個大花園近觀動物，可以步行去舔瀑布，住客免費入園，就係價錢高了點

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist noch nicht 4 Sterne, aber die Anlage ist der Traum.

You an easily walk to the falls from this hotel. Hotel is host to zebras, monkeys, impalas and giraffes.

The hotel staff were very helpful, had courtesy and always had a smile on, the rooms were clean, the easy access to the falls was a plus, the wildlife on the premises was an amazing experience

The hot rooms and the long wait times for food were very disappointing. The poor wifi makes it impossible to work but thats country wide. As well the amazing breakfast Buffett was seriously lacking. Hoping our next return will see the old Avani.

Great resort but lacking in the food department The resort location (right next to the Falls), the beautiful gardens and surrounding forest deserves 5 stars. The buffet breakfast was great with a huge variety of foods and service was great. Used the swimming pool once but got blue dye all over our feet so didn’t use again - this needs urgent attention. We were extremely disappointed that Theatre Of Food Restaurant was closed every night during our stay and we were refused entry into the restaurant twice at the sister hotel next door. The food at the pool bar was very poor and the service was slow. O ordered pork bbq ribs one evening. It was inedible - just 2 huge chucks of gristle in a sauce (see photo). We ended up getting a taxi to Livingstone for dinner. If the dinner situation could be resolved we would highly recommend this resort due to the location and the fact that giraffe, zebra, monkeys and baboons feel free to wander around the grounds.

I enjoyed the serenity and fauna of the resort hotel where wildlife was in close proximity with man triggering a sense of relaxation and leaving fondly memories

We stayed at the Avani Victoria Falls in Livingstone while driving through Southern Africa and everything about our experience was amazing. One of my favorite parts was sitting by the pool while the family swam and watching a zebra pass by my chair close enough for me to touch. The food was great, the Falls are amazing, the rooms very nice and the staff made our experience very pleasureable.

Lovely hotel with great facilities and a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Very friendly staff, especially Mendy at the pool bar / restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable but a little dated and the sun loungers and definitely the cushions need replacing. The wi-fi is very patchy. It was a little strange that the restaurant was only open for breakfast and we had to use the pool restaurant in the evenings, but apart from these niggles, it was lovely. To have zebras and giraffe wandering through the grounds was quite special and the proximity to the Falls with free entry to the park on Zambia side was a definite plus!! Would recommend and would return.
