Gostaria de expressar a nossa profunda insatisfação com a estadia no alojamento *Kop View*, em Liverpool, e, como resultado, optámos por não usufruir das instalações e imediatamente procurámos outro local para passar a noite. Fomos confrontados com uma série de problemas que tornaram a estadia completamente insuportável e em condições totalmente inaceitáveis: 1. *Quartos imundos*: Os quartos estavam sujos, com um cheiro forte a tabaco, a mobília estava imunda e os lençóis e fronhas tinham um aspecto encardido, com forte indício de não terem sido lavados. 2. *Condições de higiene deploráveis*: O colchão estava visivelmente sujo, com manchas evidentes, e o chão estava pegajoso. O ambiente, tanto interior como exterior, estava mal cuidado, com mobiliário partido no quarto e um sofá com manchas suspeitas. 3. *Cheiros desagradáveis*: A cozinha tinha um cheiro extremamente forte de lixívia, tornando o ambiente insuportável. Este alojamento não só não corresponde às expectativas mínimas de limpeza e conforto, como consideramos que as condições de higiene apresentadas representam um *risco para a saúde pública*. A falta de manutenção, a sujeira visível e os odores persistentes são inaceitáveis, especialmente considerando o valor pago pela estadia.

Fantastic location right next to Anfield. Which was the soul reason for our trip, room spacious. Comfy bed, shower and toliet. Communal kitchen if you want to use. We chose not to on this visit. Ample parking outside. Steps up to the property are steep but douable. Good communication with hosts. TV wasnt working but that was not an issue we felt we needed to raise as this was a one night stop.

5 out of 5 Very happy comfortable stay. Michael the owner was very accommodating. Perfect location for the Liverpool Stadium. Highly recommend. On site parking The room was very spacious and made my stay very pleasurable. Don’t hesitate to making a booking.

Good a low cost for a room only No toilet paper, floor tiles in the bathroom everyone cracked. Fire door could see the light coming through the hallway. Comfy bed..

Health and Safety death trap Room furniture was new. But electric heater and fridge were not PAT tested. No fire evacuation plan was in the room. Corridor light was not working between room 7 and kitchen. Access to room through kitchen Fire door were half fitted as insulation was missing to prevent fire and smoke.

I honestly don’t get the bad reviews. I stayed here for the Liverpool v Leverkusen game. This place is exactly what I expected. The negatives are it’s basic, looks a bit worn and directly outside was a burger van. Positives The room was clean, warm, the beds comfy and shower for the morning hot!! It’s opposite the 12th Man pub and about 100 meters from the stadium. If you any to watch a game, have a burger and go to bed and leave it’s perfect!! And the price was very reasonable. It’s not the Ritz but doesn’t claim to be. The owner was friendly and welcoming. Def staying again.
