Signature Living Bold Street Apartments

Awful experience! The whole experience from the start was awful! We picked our key up & couldn’t get through the key code so we had to contact reception. The guy came & was very rude! The heating wasn’t working & the whole place smelt of bleach, but wasn’t at all clean! When we were going out for the evening we couldn’t lock the door so again contacted reception & the same guy came out, using a screwdriver to get in! When we came back early hours after a night out, again had to contact reception as the door wouldn’t open. We had to leave the door unlocked all night as it was a fire hazard if we couldn’t get out! The heating wasn’t working so they had to get some radiators for us (that was dealt with by a different nice guy!) the fridge was so cold that it froze our sandwiches!! Would never stay in this apartment again!!! Awful!!!!

Just wanna say a massive thanks to Signature Living for sorting us out for me mate’s 30th! We had a party apartment on Bold Street, which was spot on for the celebrations, and got some extra rooms at the Arthouse Hotel for the family. Everything was absolutely bang on. The apartment was perfect for a proper party.. dead clean, loads of space, and just had a boss vibe to it. Big shoutout to Sean, Kim, and the cleaners – they were absolute legends. They even saved the day when the balloon people let us down last minute and made sure everything looked amazing. Can’t fault the staff, they made everything so easy and proper looked after us. If you’re planning anything big, these are the people to go to. Thanks for making it a belter of a night – me mate loved it, and we’ll definitely be back!

Proper buzzing with how my 18th went at The Vault Party Pad on Bold Street. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for more! The team sorted everything, DJ, lights, balloons, the lot. They made it so stress-free, and it was all exactly how I wanted it. Felt like a proper VIP the whole night. The place itself is mad. Plenty of space for everyone to have a dance and chill, and having 30 people able to stay over? boss. No worries about getting taxis or anything, just kept the party vibes going into the morning. dead comfy too, which you don’t always expect with big groups like that. If you’re looking for somewhere to throw a big birthday or just a mega party, I’d 100% recommend The Vault. It’s proper sound, the team go above and beyond, it made my 18th one to remember, nice one to them for smashing it!

Mouldy Bed sheets & robbing deposits Stayed here for a works Christmas do. Mouldy bed sheets and booming music all from another apartment till 8am in the morning. Paid £400 security deposit and still not received it back after being told I will received the payment back after leaving hotel clean tidy and no damages, called up numerous times and everyone advising the payment is on the way. Advised 3-5 working days for refund when I paid it and it’s 16 days later!

There was many elements of the room that was dated and in poor condition. Ie plug sockets that stated “DO NOT USE”, Curtains poles nearly falling off, doors on the bathroom didn’t shut or lock properly. The noise from the street was unbearable then we realised the next day that there was single glazed windows on the outside which were open and you could open the double glazed windows wide open which is a serious safety issue as people could fall out!!! We also had to go to the Arthouse hotel for the key however the key didn’t work and they needed the locksmith to come out to sort it so we didn’t have a key to get back in and then we had to go back to the arthouse after our night out. I’ve stayed in the signature living apartments/hotels before and they have all been ok however this apartment needs seriously renovating as the conditions were poor especially when you pay so much for the apartment. Would not stay here again.

The good - location fine. The bad - everything else. An absolute shambles. Rented the 30 person underground apartment, hot tub broken. They gave us a free night to make up for it, turn up, hot tub broken again, no sound system and no flushing water? Then was basically told to f*ck off by the customer service. Absolute baboonery of the finest order. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FANCY PHOTOS, NONE OF IT WORKS Avoid these jokers.
