Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient walkable distance to stations and shops. Standard room was lovely and the bath was a bonus. Balcony room was very nice and spacious all in all had a very pleasant stay and hopefully stay again

Good location although a little bit noisy. Hallways and our room were desperate for a refurb, very dated and the carpets no longer fit. Decent bed, linen and towels, all which were very clean but I wouldn't stay here again unfortunately. Staff were all very good it just needs updating.

缺乏個人衛生用品 沒有牙刷牙膏 很多東西要自己帶 連拖鞋也沒有 地板很凍 有拖鞋體驗會更佳 廁所整體乾淨 佈置很企理

This Hotel has ceased trading. Me and my partner arrived Saturday 26th of April for a booking we paid for in February only to find a note on the door informing us it had been closed since 9th of April. No one informed us of this prior to travelling so alternative accommodation had to be found on a Saturday night. Very poor.

Heywood House Hotel, Liverpool is closed. The hotel has been repossessed, we were unable to gain entry and left last minute with nowhere to stay in a busy city. Very disappointing as the hotel was repossessed on the 9th April 2025 and nobody told us.

The hotel I booked though you had been repossessed and was closed leaving us in a very bad situation with car park booked and paid for restaurants booked deposits booked and so on. I hadn’t been given any notice of this situation at all really not happy and want to know what you are going to do about all this stress and inconvenience caused to my wife and I. PERFECT! A little older hotel, the set up or design of the is a little odd, I think it used to be a bank or something. But the staff was GREAT and the location is PERFECT! The Beatles statue is only about 3 blocks down on the pier.

Ligger perfekt Det hotel er super fint til fodbold rejser, men sengene er alt for små. Det er 1 1/2 mands seng og to fodbold fan som har været lidt på pub er det lidt småt

Everything very good and comfortable. Just the entrance is a bit smelly so was off putting but when we saw the room all was good!

It’s good for the price you pay. clean. It’s very noisy at night being in the city centre.

Super great location nice rooms the personal is not that friendly, a little bit expensive for being a guest house a few steps is easy hotel for the same costo and brand new
