Campanile Liverpool - Queens Dock arvostelua

The room was very dusty and musty which triggered allergies. There was dead bugs all along the windowsills, questionable stains on the walls & floors, and it was difficult to get hot water. In addition, there was no wifi email sent and reception couldn’t help me so I had no phone signal the whole night I stayed. In addition, the tv remote was full of crumbs and sticky substances so we didn’t bother with the TV. The room was really cold & the radiator didn’t heat up fully. We only received 1 pillow each, and one of those pillows had a dirty sticky stain. The room was exceptionally dated, popcorn ceilings and walls, broken curtains, and there was a visible gap in the front door which meant I could hear everything. The walls were very thin and I could hear a couple arguing below & someone banging above all night. The cleaner starter their rounds at 9am (checkout is 12) which was so loud and I could hear them from down the hall due to 0 sound proofing. I paid over £200 for this room and left tired, grimy, and irritated. Would not recommend at all.
