We couldn’t use the hot water on 27 dec- 28 dec (1 day) because of the boiler issue.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly, room was very clean. Bed in very firm but pillows are very good and comfortable.

Everything was spot on! The staff were friendly. Hotel clean. Asked for extra hangers, towels and milk, mo thing was too much trouble. Allowed us to check-in a little earlier than stated, also kept our suitcases most of our last day. Hotel was perfectly located, easy to walk to everything, train station, wetherspoons, cavern 1 min away, albert docks 10mins walk, didn't use 1 uber. Free WiFi at the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel chain. Look forward to next time.

Hotel in posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi tutte le maggiori attrazioni di Liverpool. Vicinanza con ristoranti e pub. Camera pulita e funzionale. Doccia comoda. Personale gentile. Unica pecca un solo ascensore un po' lento per i clienti.

Staff are very helpful and always on hand to make sure you have everything. Very central to tubes, sights and shopping. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Rooms are compact, some have windows, some don't. All in all great hotel and great location

Hotel super bem localizado, muito limpo e atendimento impecável. Não me agradou muito o fato do café da manhã não ser buffet mas de qualquer maneira as opções oferecidas são boas. Recomenda reservar pelo site diretamente, desta forma você tem direito a queijo e vinho na sua recepção ou em qualquer outro momento que desejar.

Great location yes…but how loud is the air ventilation? Even with earplugs we could still hear it. The mattress was unusually hard. We really didn’t sleep well and won’t return. We skipped breakfast cause we just wanted to be somewhere else after the bad night.
