Clean and soo close to the train station, across the road. Kept my luggage there easier to commute around the centre. Liverpool 1 is just 6min walk.

Staff are very friendly and kind , offering early check in for us . Wonderful !

Stayed here for 2 nights over bank holiday. Upgraded my room to a premier plus room and was definitely worth it. David and his team were so helpful, giving lots of recommendations of things to do whilst I was there! Special thanks to David to answering all my questions and nothing seemed any hassle! Breakfast was lovely and a great variety of choice. I would definitely stay here again whilst visiting. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Very comfortable bed. Quiet room. Good sleep. Staff friendly and helpful. At dinner we had an opportunity to try Sam andily's Sicilian Lemon cocktail which we really enjoyed. Good value meal deal and a very pleasant dinner. Would definitely stay again

Men's pants were left in the room when I checked in, the room was very dusty and left me wheezing The shower did not have a hand held shower and therefore it was impossible to clean myself properly, the taps in the bathroom sink were too short and it was difficult to wash my hands without touching the sink

Excellent customer service from team members Sam and leaitlyn. We went for my husbands birthday we booked a standard room but Sam and leaitlyn upgraded us to a premium room. Overall very friendly and approachable will definitely be staying there again.

Great location just across from Lime Street station. Upon arrival reception was busy but our check in was friendly and efficient. We needed to eat promptly when the restaurant opened at 5.30 as we had tickets for the theatre so the receptionist suggested we pre-order our food. We did this and it all worked perfectly. Food was good and we were able to enjoy it without rushing. Restaurant staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for us. The next morning we had breakfast and as we were checking out but not leaving Liverpool until the end of the day, we were able to store our luggage and collect it later before catching our train. All in all a very pleasant experience, the hotel staff were great and we would definitely stay here again.

I like the Premier brand so when I am looking for a hotel I'll always check there first. I was attending a show at The Empire Theatre and this hotel was the perfect location for that purpose. The hotel is situated across from Lime Street station, and the theatre is less than five minutes walk away. I opted for a premier plus room, which was situated on the second floor. Comfortable spacious and usual standard. As has been mentioned, the window is quite narrow, but there's a curtain the full width of the wall. So don't be disappointed if you think you have a huge window, it's mainly just wall. Very quiet and peaceful, considering how central the hotel is to everything in the city. Breakfast was nice, freshly prepared hot food, with all the usual choices. There's a Tesco express beside the hotel, and a Sainsburys just across the way. There are plenty of coffee shops around if you fancy having breakfast elsewhere. Also very near to the main shopping areas. All in all, a pleasant stay and I will return.

Typical Premier Inn, clean comfortable rooms. Right next Lime street train station and Liverpool One shopping. Marked it down for bar/restaurant service. We’ve stayed twice and both times the service in the bar/restaurant was slow even though it hasn’t been busy. We often stay at Premier Inns and it seems that they have one member of staff in the evenings to do check ins, bar and restaurant. This recent visit we sat in the bar/restaurant with only one other table occupied by one person. We waited 10 minutes then a member of staff brought out a meal for the other person she then went to get some sauces. On returning the customer complained that he didn’t have enough vegetables so she went back to the kitchen and stayed in there until the extra veg was ready. When she returned to the table he complained that his steak was overcooked so she took that back and again waited in the kitchen after 10 minutes we left and bought wine from the nearby Sainsbury’s to drink in our room. At no point did she acknowledge us. All together we had sat there for 25 minutes. Won’t be returning again.
