Wow what can I say.. wonderfu service from beginning to end... Ryan. Emma. Ellie. Nathan and linds Are an incredible team went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one.. you guys are an absolute credit to the premier inn. So much so we most certainly will be joining you again very soon...We can't thank you enough.. we wish you all the very best looking forward to our return suzy. Chez. Del. Disappointing Stay From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness was a concern. The front door and window were filthy, and the front hallway and corridors could really use a good vacuum. When I entered the room, the floor had not been cleaned, and the bed sheets didn’t appear fresh. Additionally, the charging port in the room didn’t work. Dinner on the first night was underwhelming. We were actually tutted at for looking for a table, and the male staff member seemed uninterested in helping us. The food was okay, but the overall service was lacking. Breakfast the next morning was also average, but once again, the service was disappointing. Nothing was replenished unless guests specifically asked for it, and it was clear the staff were not attentive to the needs of everyone. I requested a full room refresh on the first night, but only one bed and one towel were replaced, even though we had three beds and four people in the room. After following up the second evening, we returned to a room that hadn't been touched at all, and my partner was told that they only change sheets once every seven days. After a brief discussion, a young man at the front desk did make the beds and leave fresh towels. Overall, while I understand this is budget accommodation, basic cleanliness and service should be a given. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Liverpool. Just stayed for 3 nights with my husband and son. Couldn’t find any fault, rooms clean and modern, only had breakfast one morning but it was plentiful, good quality and a great price. Location was perfect for us, we were able to get everywhere we needed to on foot. Special mention to the two guys on reception on Saturday afternoon. My little boy had been gifted a remote control car but we needed a screwdriver to put the batteries in. The guys went out of their way to help me which made for a very happy little boy. Will definitely book to stay again.

Issues from the get go. Room was disgusting. Room hadn’t been vacuumed, stains on the walls and carpet, bath panel and toilet panel had buckled, bath overflow was filled with black gunk, no spare pillows or towel. Went to reception and the girl we spoke to was probably the only one that cared and arranged for the room to be cleaned to the best of their ability and had pillows and towels sent up. We then couldn’t get into the lift and got a Lurch lookalike come over with a surly attitude saying nothing much could be done about the room (which we had already addressed) and he recut the keys for us to get into the lift. THEN we couldn’t get into the room! So he had to recut them again and take us up. Second night, despite there being a key reader on the door, we are met by some brutish bouncers asking for room numbers and our names. This was done three times as we had been in and out (why would we need this if there is a key reader and the key is needed to get into the lift?!) They have stopped caring here. It’s all about squeezing every penny out of the customer and not even offering basic cleanliness, maintenance and customer service standards! Do yourselves a favour and stay elsewhere!
