Room's nice and big

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, however the staff are run ragged. The staff work reception, bar and kitchen. Service was very much dependant on demand at reception which resulted in up to 20 minute wait for the bar or food orders. I felt very sorry for the staff who did an excellent job under the circumstances.

We arrived at the hotel slightly before checkin and the man on the desk allowed us to checkin which was great. The hotel is well located and a short walk to Mathew Street and the main city centre. Our room was good with a bath which is always a good thing plus it was lovely and clean. The bed is so comfortable and there was no noise so sleeping was good. The air con was ok but I think we would struggle with it during the summer. Car parking is convenient and cost us £9 overall with a hotel discount. We would definitely stay here again.

Really friendly and helpful staff. From the beginning to end of our holiday, they went out of their way to help us. Great location: ten minute walk to the docks, shopping and Cavern Club! Lots of local restaurants and cafes too. The room was clean and comfortable and we loved the updated bathroom with the rainforest shower. Good selection of fresh breakfast food in the restaurant too. Thanks to all the staff, you made our holiday very enjoyable.

Wow what can I say.. wonderfu service from beginning to end... Ryan. Emma. Ellie. Nathan and linds Are an incredible team went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one.. you guys are an absolute credit to the premier inn. So much so we most certainly will be joining you again very soon...We can't thank you enough.. we wish you all the very best looking forward to our return suzy. Chez. Del.
