The staff were fantastic. Location is top notch if you are an Evertonian. 2 min from the ground. Lots of takeaways along County Road. So no issues with food.

The Liverpool Pod is a highly recommended hostal, very close to Goodison Park (15 matches left!), with a walkable distance to the city Center (the buses for going there are available and easy to use anyway), good amenities, well maintained bathrooms and beds and lovely, hard-working staff; wether it's for a long stay or a shorter one (such as mine), I'll take it again for visiting such an amazing city!

Nice little place to stay overnight and very convenient for my work as a steward at Everton and Liverpool on the same weekend. One negative is the extremely high temperature of the shower and no clear indication of how to adjust it properly. Other than that, very friendly staff and clean facilities with a good communal room and plenty of chances to socialise. May call in again!

Good location, clean, Tim and his wife are very friendly, amazing location if going to an Everton match, it's right beside stadium. I stayed in hostel, bathroom was shared, between 6 people, they had curtains on bed for privacy

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hostel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The common area had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for meeting fellow travelers. The dormitory rooms were clean and well-maintained. Each bed had its own privacy curtain, power outlet, and personal light, which made for a comfortable and convenient stay

I had a great time staying at The Pod. Ian, the landlord was so sweet. Everything was good. Pros: -We had our personal kitchen which was equiped with all the necessary items including oven, pots and pans. The bathrooms had a bidet which is the best thing ever. -Ian was so accommodating and friendly. He guided us about the neighbourhood and all -There are so many halal places to eat and other restaurants nearby. Theres almost everything available since The Pod is right at the centre. Cons -One or two times the heating had issues but Ian fixed it right away.

This is a very nice, homely place. I stayed there for my PLAB2 exam preparation. I must say the owner and all the staffs are very nice,cordial people. Also the location of this place is perfect providing easy access to groceries, halal food, transport. Highly recommended.

The Plab2Residency is located on a very appropriate location with a lot of markets and halal food places nearby. Great ambiance, centrally heated with personalized cooking spaces. The building security is very apt and the location makes it a very safe choice. The owner is a very nice gentleman who was available at all times to help out with various issues which might arise. Overall 10/10 experience.

This place is underrated and not advertised enough, a lot of doctors go to Newsham Lodge. You can get a really nice room at an affordable price like I did hasslefree. Even more interesting. This accommodation is the closest to the new academies address. The staff was super attentive to my needs and best of all I passed my exam. A terrific place, and a memorable one at that 🩺 Thank you all
