very clean, very good location had to run down to reception at 9pm to get late checkout as i forgot and they were lovely.

Good stay handy location for the events arena & Liverpool 1 . Reasonable buffet breakfast. Only thing which slight let it down was the shower curtain had quiet visible marks all down it like recent paint which came off in the water!

位於市中心，旁有購物中心，緊鄰碼頭，因為附近有政府機構，治安相對安全。 樓下有Tesco express 開到晚上11點，不論是購買早餐還是宵夜都很方便。 服務人員親切的給了我們高樓層的景觀房。 房內整體舒適。 不方便的部分是吹風機要向櫃檯提前借。 浴室沒有提供任何清潔用品，且濕氣悶很久的臭味需要改進。

I had one of the most fastest booking and check in in my life, I was passing by and me and the misses decided to stay in Liverpool for longer, so we decided to look for a hotel, I decided to go with travelodgle, because of price of course, location and how easy it is to book you guys! From booking to finally in the shower, refreshing it probably took 30 min! Would stay and recommend!

We stayed in this Travelodge for 1 night. Its 15 mins walk from Lime St and situated right opposite Albert Docks and very close to The Liver building. It is a short walk from Mathew St and The Cavern Club which is a must see. The staff at the hotel were friendly when we checked in and out and held our baggage on the second day until we returned to the station. The rooms were clean, comfy and very peacefull. I would reccomend this hotel as its central to everything, we had a fab weekend in, which is a beautiful city.

Came for the Liverpool parade with elderly parents and children. Staff were amazing and welcoming for all guests. They had a great party atmosphere and ensured the place was secure for all ages. All guests were brilliant and friendly and the staff went above and beyond.

We had a high floor back room which was quiet of street noise. The rooms are clean and well stocked with tea and coffee and you can ask reception for more if needed. The bathroom was clean and shower good and toiletries available too. Shower was very good. We like this hotel and everything on our doorstep, Liverpool One for shopping, The Albert Dock and Pier Head just minutes away. And also a local bus to and from Liverpool Airport. Would definitely recommend.

The only saving grace about this hotel is the staff and location. Received very friendly., professional service. But … third stay at this hotel and haven’t reviewed before but the experience seems to be the norm rather than the exception. Twice my room has smelled of urine. Glasses were dirty as was the cutlery at breakfast. Hotel full of questionable characters hanging around outside and also in the hotel. TV only picked up BBC1. Won’t be staying again and the stars are for the pleasant staff. If you’re not that fussed about standards, this hotel is perfect!
