White Star Line Hotel

What a fab hotel! Rooms spacious and spotlessly clean. Booked for an away night with the grandaughter. Loved the spa bath, and the beds were so comfy. Slept like a log.The staff are great. Really helpful and friendly. It's definitely on my list for a return visit. Brilliant location close to the Albert dock but not too far from the centre or the Baltic Triangle. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed here on Friday for Halloween. Staff are great and friendly nothing was too much. Room was unreal, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Liverpool you won’t be disappointed!!

The history of this building is facinating! I could spend hours looking at all the pictures on the walls! The room was huge, and the bed was very comfortable! I loved the jacuzzi bath and the curtains too! So elegant! One of the most amazing qualities of this hotel was their staff! Each and every one was polite and friendly! Nothing was too much trouble. The location is great! A couple of minutes walk to the Albert Dock, shopping in liverpool one, or brunch in castle street! And James st train station was right next door! Over all! A truly phenonminal stay! Thank you for an amazing tine at the White Star Hotel.

Very apprehensive booking this having read reviews especially £100 deposit re damages. However my apprehension disappeared after booking in at approximately 22:30 was offered to be shown to my room by a very helpful young lady receptionist. (19th October 2025) Room was clean and warm , beds were clean. Shower and toilet immaculately clean. Hotel is themed on Titanic steam ship. For a city centre hotel ideally located for bars, restaurants, entertainment and Albert Docks. For a city centre hotel extremely quiet from external noise. Finally received my £100 deposit back within 2 days

We had a fabulous stay! When we arrived 8th October, we were told we’d been upgraded, what a fantastic room, it was huge! It had its own kitchen , jacuzzi bath and absolutely super shower! It also had its own balcony and the views of the city were stunning! The location was spot on! We were going to a concert at the M and S arena, on the Albert Docks which was literally a 10/15 min walk! In fact getting into the city centre took no time! Our room was very clean, with a large tv and tea and coffee stocked in the kitchen, there were also plenty of towels. Also a shout out to the receptionists who were very welcoming, friendly and helpful! This hotel is beautiful and is steeped in history, had a lovely stay and would always go back to stay there when visiting Liverpool!
