Lovely comfy beds, air conditioning and balcony. Situated within walking distance of brilliant tavernas and restaurants. The Ammes beach itself is unfortunately diminishing with every storm, so not the perfect place it once was, but there are beautiful nearby beaches if you have a car. The highlight of the hotel is without doubt the pool bar and pool. The bar is run by Isobella and George who give 110 percent! The food is freshly cooked, (pizzas the best anywhere!) A popular meeting place for returning residents like us.

Very dark room 106. It had single beds so they pushed them together after we requested another room they said they were full. The shower was grimey, shower curtain too small grouting and seels were disgusting. The whole room needs repainting and upgrading. No plug so the sink couldn't be used in the kitchenette,no tea towel. Outside area was just OK. The bar staff were nice and Anna in reception was good to talk to. Although cannot recommend the provided continental breakfast,it was very meager.The sun beds were dirty and old. Cracks and holes in tiles around the pool. All in all not a good stay.

We have had a loverly relaxing holiday here. The rooms a basic but very clean. The beds comfortable. We had a sea veiw with great sunsets. Isobel and George from the pool bar are great welcoming people. They serve fresh food daily until 5 30 . We have already booked to go back in May. The area of Svoronata is quiet, it has a small beach and a few good quality restaurants. There are regular buses to take you to either Lassie or Agastoli which only cost 2 euros. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday

Fabulous service, apartment very basic no toaster or microwave but really clean, really great food at restaurant and pool bar pizza are fab, Isabella at the bar is a lovely lady. It's a really quiet spot but you can get the bus to lassi or argostoli If your after a quiet relaxing holiday it's great.

I'm sorry to say this hotel was the worst place we we have stayed in Kefalonia. The Man on reception was very rude and we had to find him ourselfs as there was no one at reception we waited 25 mins. Hotel was very dated and our studio was dark and no toaster microwave. I requested a double bed and we had to push single beds together ourselves. Pool was dirty. The breakfast was ten euros and was poor all the breakfast was bought from Lidle. Positive was the rest of rhe staff were great specially the cleaner and she kept the studio clean.

Just back from a 6 night b&b break. As most of the other reviews say the people are very nice and friendly. The rooms are basic but spacious. Bed are not to bad with extra pillows if needed. Cleaned every day and bed sheets changed once during our stay. Showers are not good as water goes everywhere so always mopping up the floor. Very quiet area so a bus trip to argostoli is a must but there are local restaurants that have good food. Don't bother with the breakfast as it's very small and limited. Pool area nice and plenty of sunbeds. The mosquitoes were really bad we got eaten alive as did many other people so take repellents. We had room 111 with see view very nice.

This is our 3rd visit to Kefalonia and staying at Ammes hotel. We absolutely love it here. The hotel is lovley. Reception gives a great welcome. Pool area very spacious and the pool bar is brilliant. Izabella works extremely hard at the pool bar to serve her delicious food the pizza and baguettes are amazing. George at the pool bar is very welcoming, they are both lovley and we call them our friends. The restaurant Omilos next door is run by family and serves the most delicious food and again we call them our friends we eat there every evening a day watch the amazing sun sets. The location is on the sea front with fantastic sea views and sunsets. It is very quiet and peaceful so is great for a relaxing break. We have booked for next year to return twice!

Just back from a really relaxing holiday made extra special by Izabela and George who run the bar here. They made us feel like friends from the day we arrived and the whole week we were there. Izabela makes the best pizza we have ever had and amazing home made chips. They were lovely with my 13 year old daughter. Rooms were immaculate with amazing view of the sunsets every evening. We are already looking to book next year. Loved every minute of our stay here ❤️

Visited Ammes Apartments for 11 nights From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more helpful The Apartments are kept clean and always fresh towels and bedding The Cleaner worked very hard Thankyou to Anna at the Reception she was just lovely It was our Anniversary and she left us Wine in our Room so nice The Pool Bar is the absolute best and this is because of Isabella and George You are both the best ! Thankyou Isabella your Pizza is to die for Do not hesitate to book these apartments The location is Beautiful We have booked to return next Year This is something we never usually do
