The hotel is about 5 minutes taxi ride from the airport making it really convenient. The rooms are clean with everything you need. The pool is great and the sun loungers very comfortable. You can watch incoming planes landing from the pool. People tend to put their towels down before the pool opens, which can be frustrating and means waiting for a lounger if you don’t do that - Tip: if going in July (it was 33 degrees) go to the beach first and then the pool around 4/5pm and you’ll get a lounger and quieter pool. Hotel is within walking distance of both Ammes and Ai Helis beaches which are immaculate. The water is clean and clear. We would definitely return.

Het hotel, de kamer en de omgeving zijn prima in orde: schoon, netjes en goed onderhouden. Wat betreft de accommodatie zelf is er weinig op aan te merken. Echter, het eten is dit jaar een grote tegenvaller. Twee jaar geleden waren we hier ook, en toen was met name de lunch werkelijk uitstekend. Nu is zowel de lunch als het diner in buffetvorm, maar de kwaliteit is flink achteruitgegaan. Het aanbod is zeer karig, met weinig variatie en beperkte keuzes. Bovendien is het eten vaak lauw in plaats van goed warm. De all-inn ‘snacks’ stellen weinig voor. Opvallend genoeg is het eten dat tegen betaling wordt aangeboden bij de bar/zwembad van betere kwaliteit is dan het all-inclusive aanbod. De zwembadhanddoek krijg je voor de hele week. Wil je wisselen? Dan kost dat €2 per keer, per handdoek. Een positief punt buiten het hotel: het eiland zelf is schitterend. Een absolute aanrader is om een auto te huren en het eiland te verkennen – dat is echt de moeite waard.

We have just returned yesterday from this amazing hotel. I cannot fault a single thing. The grounds are spotless. The gardeners work really hard keeping the gardens beautiful. Our room was ground floor overlooking the beautiful garden and it was so very quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and very clean, comfy beds and a great shower. After reading some reviews about the food I really didn’t know what to expect. I cannot fault the food, it was lovely. There was a great choice both at breakfast and dinner. The bar area has lovely comfy sofas. The sun beds around the pool are the comfiest sun loungers ever! The hotel has great friendly vibes and all the staff are so lovely and helpful. They all work extremely hard. We met some lovely people staying at the hotel and cannot wait to return soon. I would highly recommend this hotel in every way. To me it was just perfect and one of the best holidays I’ve ever had.

Cannot fault this Hotel. The friendly staff who keep the hotel at its best. Rooms are spacious the only downside is there is no long mirror. Had to stand on a chair. The prices at the bar area are reasonable The hotel is close to supermarket and Ammes beach. Plenty Sun lounger’s around the pool. Life guard Monday to Friday It’s more of an adults only hotel and ideal for babies not really for any children over 5. Breakfast was served up everyday with plenty to choose from. The evening meals again always plenty of choice to suit everyone. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel again.

Can I just say -when I booked this hotel it was because it was close to the airport and it was family run and smaller - when we got there unfortunately easyJet hadn't said that we needed a room close -to the pool and the restaurant bit - they went above and beyond to help us - and I was so grateful for that - the staff were all so helpful and nothing was never to much trouble - I needed a break from the mental strain , and here I got that - it was so peaceful and quiet and I could of stayed longer - I had no issues with food and it was all fine for us , we have a running joke of guess the waiters accent as well - also the cats are so cute - I know not everyone loves them , but when a guest kicked one in the face after being rude already - so don't believe every review that is on here - we will definitely be back again . Ps I loved watching the planes take off and land - and also this place was so clean and tidy - I don't have a bad thing to say to be honest .

Great hotel and honeymoon stay. Had a lovely time…staff friendly and to be honest cant say a bad word about the place. Can get the bus into Argostoli every 1 1/2 hours and a few nice beaches on the way - lassi beach is nice. Comfy loungers are a bonus by the pool! Will come back again.

A lovely relaxing time at a great all round hotel. We stayed for 7 nights - transfer from airport was less than 8 minutes. We were in room 113 at the bottom of the hill in a deluxe room - we had a beautiful sea view and the walk up the hill didn’t bother us at all. Yes it’s a bit of an incline and in the heat (30 degrees every day) it can feel a bit of a slog but most people took their time and I didn’t hear anyone complaining. The food was good - breakfast lovely and some variety every day and the evening meal was ok for what we paid. We ate out 3 nights through choice but it wouldn’t have bothered us eating at the restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and helpful even leaving us chocolates and balloons in our room for our anniversary - a lovely touch thank you. It really was a very relaxing break and the sunbeds are next level, so comfy!!! We would definitely return and everyone we met said the same thing.

We stayed for 7 days. Very handy for the airport, really no need to get a taxi as the transfer is literally minutes on the jet2 bus, which we usually avoid, so that’s a plus. Hotel is spotless, we were in block 9, which is at the bottom of the grounds. So, this meant an uphill walk every time we went for meals & to the pool. If you have sore joints, or knee replacement, like me, & metal in any of your lower body, like me, then it’s torture. I can’t imagine doing it when it’s searingly hot 🥵. I struggled in the early 20 degrees, bearing in mind I go to the gym 3 times a week! & I found the “hill” very painful to walk up each time. It says wheelchair friendly, it’s not, it’s too steep. Breakfast was ok, evening meals were dire, frankly we will eat almost anything, but we found the choices limited & lacking in imagination. Drinks were ok, snack bar was ok too. The rooms were comfy & bathrooms are quite modern, although the floor gets soaked if you have a good old shower. We had to use the handheld shower to avoid soaking the entire place. It’s very quiet around the hotel, absolutely nothing for older children to do, unless they want to play pool in bar area or table tennis next to the spa, which we didn’t try. The pool is too deep for young children. Personally I’d say it’s more an adult place than a family hotel. We had a lovely quiet holiday, hired a car for 3 days & had a few drives out when the weather was very very windy.

Nice Hotel, very near the airport. Very clean, great pool and the best sun beds we’ve ever had. We were all inclusive which was a mistake, the evening meal was very poor, it was always Luke warm or cold, no cooking station, one night fish fingers was one of the main meals. As we were leaving the restaurant the owners/family of the hotel were being served their meal, large Fillet steaks! We were in block 9 which was near the bottom of a very steep hill, not good if you have mobility issues, we had asked to be nearer the hotel and were told we would be, but were not. The young staff - reception, bar & waitresses were all lovely. Would not recommend this hotel for AI but ok if you only want B &B..
