Regency Rooms

Stayed as a solo traveller and mist importantly felt completely safe. Room was spotless, cosy and had so many lovely touches from the nice toiletries to multiple snack and hot drink options. It also smelled gorgeous on arrival and on day 2 when I returned! Probably the best sleep I've has away from home in a comfortable bed and a quiet room. Key safe entry worked well and through a couple of thoughtful motes the hosts were 'present" without being seen. Extremely good value and would definitely stay again.

Excellent....cleanest place we have ever stayed in... complimentary crisps chocolate etc a very nice touch.. very close to the beach and local restaurants key safe entry a great idea . thank you so much for a lovely stay we will definitely stay again x .

This was a wonderful place to stay. We had the room with a balcony which overlooked the boating lake. The room was exceptional and the attention to detail amazing. There were little goodies cakes chocolate bars crisps good selection of tea and coffee. Bed really comfy. Soft towels. Shower gel and shampoo was lovely not the normal cheap stuff. My bald chemo head loved it. We were having a short break after my chemo therapy as overseas was not an option. We even had sunshine so were able to swim. Amazing.

We booked the standard double room a very short time before we actually went, it was the last room available and I can see why. Our room was small but beautiful, every attention to detail worked well, and there was plenty of space to store our belongings. Really well decorated, good quality towels & bedding, the bed was really comfy. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, and there were finishing touches like snacks and good quality toiletries. The location was great, easy to walk into town or along the beach, plenty of street parking but if its busy there is a really bit car park opposite which is very reasonably priced. At the end of the road is a place called The Soul Kitchen, it only opened the day before our arrival, staff were really friendly and efficient and the food was good, with a nice atmosphere.

Check in was efficient. The key was left in a key safe outside the front door and we were sent a pin number to use to open it. The owner made sure we'd received the code before we got there. The house is right across the road from a large green area and the beach. There's also a Harvester across the road which does passable breakfasts, which is good because the Regency doesn't offer food of any sort. That was OK with us though as we were there to visit our daughter and preferred to go out for breakfast. The whole place was clean and well maintained, the entrance is well lit, which is handy when you come in late evening. The room itself was lovely and quirky with nice little touches and everything we needed. The bed was soft and very comfortable. The bathroom was small, but serviceable. I'd certainly stay there again.

This was a last minute booking and WOW what a surprise From getting the key with the key code and going into the hallway up to the room - everything worked like clock work Location was great for visiting the beach and mooching around Littlehampton The room was FANTASTIC- very tastefully done - the bed was sooo comfy and bathroom had the wow factor Everything was immaculate - I couldn’t fault anything from the decor to the cleaning The only thing missing if you were staying for longer than 1 or 2 nights was a small fridge Would definitely recommend and would definitely do a return visit

We were very lucky to get this room last minute to escape for a weekend at the beach. We had room 9 on the top floor and couldn’t be happier. Comfy bed, great shower, all the mod cons as well as a sofa and table and chairs made for a very pleasant stay. Even though we were on the top floor on a very hot weekend, a fan was provided which gave much needed relief. There was good range of snacks and hot drink options provided which were appreciated. The location could not be more ideal…5 mins from the beach as well as close to the town amenities! Couldn’t recommend enough and would stay again in an instant!

We had Regency Rooms Littlehampton as homebase for the Festival of Speed. Good Choice! Nice and super tidy room, invisible friendly service. Many fresh towels, coffee, tea, snacks. The rooms are close to the Waterfront and to the city center. Good meals, big Lidl, parking lot, everything is just around the corner. Top bathroom, TV, free WiFi, good road to Arundel. Big pebble beach 3 Minutes across the Park. Good price for nice accommodation, enough information in advance. Recommended for repeat.
