The Wilbur Lititz, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

This hotel is beautiful! Perfect location right in the heart of Litiz. We had a corner room with amazing views. The exposed brick in the room from the old chocolate factory was a great touch. We absolutely be back. Peter at the front desk went above and beyond!

I don’t think there is enough room for me to articulate how amazing this little gem is. 5/5 stars for being an old chocolate factory turned into a boutique hotel in the Hilton brand. Exposed brick and beams?? Charming. Spacious room? Yes! Perfectly laid out bathroom? Restaurant on site so no more driving? Yes!!! Andddd it smells like Willy Wonka’s chocolate river in here. 5/5 stars for STAFF!! Kate? Gracie? You are two of Hiltons finest and I say that from the bottom of my 200 nights a year in these hotels heart. You are the definition of kindness and customer service. Helpful, willing and professional. Thank you for answering my questions prior to arrival and for being so helpful once I got here. 5/5 stars for the “little things” that are actually big things. I said in the master chocolatier king suite. Which has an awesome view of the train station but also comes with the railroad tracks being run over by traffic. No worries! They have you covered. A white noise machine in the room. You read that right. No draining my phone battery using the app. Boom! It’s in the room. Bathrobe and slippers, are you kidding me right now? I’ve never felt more boujee. The chocolate coins were delicious and a very sweet touch. So what if it’s $10 to park your car? It’s double at a lesser Hilton in metro areas. I’m not feeding a parking meter at 8am when this dream of a bed with the coziest sheets is still calling my name. Seriously. Spend the $10. You’ll thank me. The previous complaint about hot water? I’m not sure you were using the tap the correct way because I let it run for 30 seconds and it was a steam room! Perfect water pressure. No need to adjust. Even pocket sized friends like me (at 5’2”) can appreciate the generous space to step out from the stream of water when needed to get soapy! Walk across the street for Wilbur’s or grab some in the lobby. The hotel restaurant was epic for dinner. Will definitely be trying them for breakfast. I will 100000% recommend and return!

Beautiful hotel! Service was exceptional and the concierge was very helpful in helping us plan our stay. My kids walked in and said “oh wow, now this is gorgeous!”

We just returned from a wonderful three day stay at the Wilbur Lititz and cannot say enough good things about this lovely boutique hotel. Our two rooms were very spacious (#510 was particularly large, and #508 was also very comfortable), with very attractive decor including exposed brick walls and wall art that reflected the hotel's former life as a chocolate factory. Bath amenities were from Molton Brown, a luxury brand, and the variety of scents was wonderful (guests can also purchase the products onsite). Beds were extremely comfortable, with fluffy pillows (one can even choose from a "menu" of pillows prior to arrival). The Wilbur's lobby includes beautiful hanging Moravian star chandeliers, and this star theme was also reflected in the tasteful hall carpeting. The Wilbur has lovely landscaping outside and has repurposed factory machinery into a thoughtful array of benches and other outside decorations. Breakfast at the Kole Restaurant included a delicious baked oatmeal dish that was both delicious and generous in portion (there's also a charming coffee shop, New Holland, right across the street). The Wilbur overlooks a delightful town park, lovingly maintained by the Moravian Church, that includes water flowing from a local spring (the source of Lititz's water supply) and is home to a large flock of mallard ducks. We even saw an invigorating performance of big band music, complete with dancers, while on other nights the local high school marching band appeared to be practicing at various points throughout the park. All of this increased our stay's charm exponentially. To top it all off, the Wilbur's staff was simply delightful, and I would like to give special recognition to Kate Neal, the concierge, who arranged wonderful tours for us at both the Historical Foundation of Lititz and the Julius Sturgis Pretzel Factory. Kate was charming and professional, and her help really enhanced our stay. Both tours provided fascinating views into the history of Lititz, its architecture and people, and gave us a wonderful appreciation for this lovely hidden gem of a town. Taina at the front desk was also a delight, helping to reset the TV when we couldn't immediately get access, while Dawn kindly printed out and scanned a document when work intervened. All in all, an A++ visit and we look forward to a return visit to the Wilbur Lititz in the not-too-distant future!

Cannot praise this establishment enough. Everything about our stay was AMAZING! If you get a chance to stay here do so. It's worth it.

Completely perfect from check in to check out. The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The hotel is immaculate, modern, and tastefully decorated. Our end unit room couldn’t be more accommodating. The bed and bedding were clean and comfy, the room was spotless, the bathroom had all the amenities. The hotel is situated downtown, easy walking to all the shoppes and restaurants.
