The desk clerk was a gem. However, the room was not. Furniture was extremely stained; some of the seams had come come apart. Tv was ok and the a/c and wifi worked. Bathroom: floors and tub were dirty. The walls were bulging from water damage and the paint was peeling. Duct tape was used to repair this. Due to these things, we stripped the bed and used our own linens. We won't be staying here again.

The photos of rooms they show on-line was not what our room looked like. I was charged a higher rate than what was stated on-line. $69 per night for a room here plus tax. The ice machine doesn't work. If you ask at the front desk they say they have it. Then they bring you a quart sized plastic Ziplock bag Still laughing yet. Walgreen's next door, good sized bag, several pounds of ice for $3 bucks. I don't understand not fixing an ice machine. Only one inside lock to lock the door and it didn't seem the best. Very few electrical outlets. We used our own bedspread. No breakfast.

Staff and owners were friendly and very accommodating it’s a older building but they do the best they can, clean and most of all no critters or creepy crawlers. I was here for 5 days for my work not exactly the best but I’ve stayed in worse, sure I’d stay again.

Customer service was good, especially the gentleman in the morning. Breakfast wasn’t out yet, but he went and got everything I wanted, and kept asking if I wanted anything else. The room was comfortable, though the heating unit was a bit loud. The only real issue is that there is only one outlet to plug anything into, and it was falling out of the wall. I had to hold it in place while I inserted/removed my charger.

So, cheapest place in town, at $50 on their website, but when you walk in they say $59, until you show them their own website, and as soon as you walk out? All the other 4 kings , the queen, and the double double MIRACOULOUSLY got snatched up. My wife watched them pop offline. Half the lights aren't hooked up, but the room is clean. Saw one roach. Location is right by restaurants and movie theatre and walmart, right off highway. Right by Rural King if you need ducklings or overalls or Ivermectin. And, lots of ice. Well stocked ice machine with no annoying sign not to fill your cooler. Go nuts.
