Quelle magnifique expérience ! De mon appel pour prévenir de mon arrivée tardive au check out avec le directeur et sa collaboratrice, tout a été parfait ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme exemplaire. Toujours un mot à chacun de nos passages devant l’équipe en réception, le sourire aux lèvres. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner très très correct pour bien démarrer la journée. L’hôtel est bien situé pour découvrir la Normandie ! Une pépite et à hôtel à découvrir sans hésiter

We were part of a coach tour, staying for 5 nights at the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, the room was on the second floor with a velux window and slopping ceiling, so care was advisable walking around. The room was a fairly good size and the bathroom and shower were satisfactory. The beds were made daily and towels were changed. The hotel is on the outskirts of the town with a few fast food outlets near. There was an outside pool, which was half covered and looked dirty, would be advisable to clean it up as it took from the image of the hotel. Breakfast was buffet style and there was the usual continental selection, cold meats, cheese, fruit, fresh bread and pastries and facility to boil eggs. Tea and coffee as well as freshly squeezed orange juice. No issue with the breakfast. Unfortunately the buffet dinner in the evening was disappointing. There was a selection of salads and desserts which were adequate. The main course was a choice of fish or meat but there never seemed to be enough of it. Some people failed to get main courses on nights. We were presented with the same fish for 4 nights and the meat was only fair, with a stew like meat one night totally inedible. Ours was a set menu by arrangement with the coach company and hotel, there was a menu for other guests, however it would have been nice if they had a notice advising as to what meat and fish we were being served. Following our complaints and intervention from the tour guide we had salmon on our last night and chicken. The staff were not especially friendly with one man in particular being quiet rude. The impression that I got at dinner time was that the group was an inconvenience. Unfortunately the hotel which is nice, let itself down with the dinner and poor customer care.

Hôtel agréable service du restaurant a bannir Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est plutôt agréable .. les peintures sont neuves … mais attention la chambre 29 est inondé au sol côté lit ! On ne se rend pas compte avec la moquette ! Du coup mon sac ordi avec tous les supports de formation mouillés . Pour le repas du soir le service une vraie cata , personnel pas sympa , nous avons dû nous lever pour prendre la carte, attendu une demi heure pour la commande , on lui demande de prendre la commande elle ne vient tjrs pas ! Passe et repasse devant nous sans rien faire , on sert levé et on est parti ! Quel dommage pour un hôtel !! Pour le matin , l’opposé personnel très très agréable !
