Everything was good from the location to the amenities. However, some things to be wary of: 1) the check in process was very lengthy 2) when calling the hotel, it went to voicemail 3) there were lots and lots of cockroaches!!!

There is no toilet paper to use you need to bring your own the sofa is terribly dirty I was one person to check in and pay 4€ city tax but I was asked by the machine to pay 12€ for one night or else there is no one to help so you will stay out and no access, my recommendation is you better sleep in the street rather than this dirty place

excellent hotel. Simple check in, kitchen with everything you need to cook, great location. The host put a crib for my baby :)

The facility itself is good. Housekeeping is done every day. However, there is a serious problem in this apartment. From September 2024, the municipality set tourist tax 4 euro/day, This is exclusively expensive. In addition to that, the management company charged me three times of the amount as tips, it means 72.euro total not 24 euro, as I stayed for 6 nights alone. Nobody can deny this, as it is a machine process and you can't get the room key number without the payment. I could get the pdf receipt after check out asking sometimes. Although I protested this payment after the check out many times, but the company has never tried to correspondent with me and of course no cash back from the apartment. It is almost criminal!

O apartamento é localização são excelentes. A toalha de banho é quase do tamanho de uma de rosto, deveria ser maior.

Well equipped apt in centre of Lisbon, good stay for 3-4 pp. Service was good, checking in very easy and despite of the central location it was very silent at night. Only downside points: reaching the apartment implies a steep walk of about 10 minutes, the bathroom is clean but had a strong fried chicken smell (no idea where that came from) and the bedroom has no a/c.

Rather than stay in a hotel this year we decided to try an apartment-hotel instead. We booked a studio with Lisbon Serviced Apartments in Barrio Alto and got exactly what we needed. The kitchen is relatively new and suitable for two people, the washing machine is a big plus. The room was clean, check in was simple, and the location was perfect. With the windows closed you'll hear no noise from the street below. We stayed in 4H which is a studio on the top floor. It doesn't have French doors like the other rooms but you are on the top so it's a lot lighter. The only cons? Automated emails never arrived, so we got no booking confirmation or email with the room codes (we took a photo instead). We will stay there again.

Pessima esperienza abbiamo prenotato tramite Booking e sono stati scandalosi ci hanno lasciato senza riscaldamenti nonostante le mille telefonate e aver pagato anticipatamente la stanza per due notti non avendo mandato nessuno in grado di riparare il riscaldamento nostro malgrado e dopo aver dormito la prima notte con i giubbotti per il freddo abbiamo preso le valigie e abbiamo dovuto pagare un’altra struttura per poter dormire al caldo segnalato il Disservizio a Booking hanno anche mentito dicendo che il riscaldamento era stato sistemato cosa non vera state attenti perché è gestito malissimo anzi non è proprio gestito sanno le problematiche e fanno finta di cadere dalle nuvole appartamento 4i state attenti

Truffatori professionisti, abbiamo prenotato la struttura per tre giorni, io, la mia compagna e mio figlio di 2 anni. Appena entrati nell’appartamento c’è una forte puzza di muffa, odore estenuante di fogna e umidità alle stelle. Contatto subito la reception “virtuale” al numero di telefono, mi riferiscono che il giorno dopo avrebbero mandato a sistemare. Al rientro in camera troviamo due profumatori al gusto limone e stessa puzza. Contatto di nuovo l’operatore e dato che non avevano altre sistemazioni da proporci anche a seguito di pagamento extra, decidiamo in comune accordo che avremmo lasciato la struttura e pagato solo la prima notte. Appena ci siamo allontanati dalla struttura hanno segnalato il No Show a Booking e ci hanno addebitato tutte e tre le notti, tra l’altro dichiarando il falso a *********** che non ci eravamo presentati. L’appartamento è molto sporco e le lenzuola e i cuscini pieni di macchie.
