I won't evaluate the hôtel because unfortunately i couldn't use their services as my flight was canceled by easyJet and i couldn't come anymore....BUT i warn the hôtel as soon as i was aware of this cancellation and even though i understand their policy with not refunding, neither them, neither trip did nothing to try to solve this, considering that it's Independent of my will, they could have been more understanding and they could have free the room for someone else.
Sorry but this stupid décision worthes that bad comment regarding your hôtel.
