It was a great stay in a central location, new facilities, efficient communication. The only down side is the AC control, as a guest, we can’t control it even it’s a bit chilly in the room.

Я кайфанула! Мне очень понравился отель, всё диджитал. Единственное была проблема на выход из отеля с входной дверью, но тут надо подобрать силу и в какой момент ее открывать. Номера чистые, все есть, при заселении делают комплимент в виде фирменной воды, упаковка просто кайф! И снека. Есть камера хранения, завтраком не воспользовалась.

Everything amazing, except the mattress (but that will depend on each one, I guess). Also, the A/C temperature was not modifiable (it was ok, but in december/January will be needed).

Nice new hotel, there’re options with kitchenette. You can hear the noise from airplanes. You can’t open the window fully and AC set on 24 degrees, can’t change it. Strange smell upon arrival, and some construction nearby. Everything is digital.

Magnifique , hôtel très sécurisé , très propre , décoration moderne , kitchenette fonctionnelle . merveilleux petit déjeuner . Transports, métro , tram et bus à 2 minutes de l’hôtel . Je le recommande !

Excellent séjour en couple pour un week end excellent emplacement proche métro petit déjeuner au mama shelter ( hotel juste en face) gargantuesque chambre très propre et bien équipée service consigne bagage bien pratique communication excellente et efficace je recommande à 200%

Communication online was terrible, one day for solving a technical issue... and to answer questions about the towels, paper,takes too much time. Patient people need to have 200% patience. Bad thing. Other than that, so so.

I stayed at Numa rato from Nov 10 to 19th while my booking was from 10th to 23rd , had to checkout 4 days earlier because of a personal emergency. Numa is a fully self service concept , room was nice and clean but my stay was a bit longer and had to manage the cleaning etc myself. Also Numa showed no mercy in accomodating my emergency request for leaving early and charged me for entire two weeks until 23rd instead of 19th.

There’s nothing on this hotel that compensates for the horrible staff! The room does not have air conditioning, because despite the fact that the AC being installed, it is not the guest that controls the temperature in the room. So you pay for an amenity that you cannot use. The ad for the hotel uses misinformation to get people to stay there and then they don’t have proper client assistant channels. When I complained about the air conditioning situation I was rudely insulted with the suggestion that I didn’t understand how air conditioning works on Europe because I’m not European, well, in my country that sort of line of thought has a name and it is forbidden by law. When I pointed out the discriminatory response, I was told to mind my tone instead of getting an apology. The entire situation was outrageous, frustrating and humiliating. I would never recommend anyone to stay on that place. Places like that have no place in society and civilization!
