房間交通都很不錯，裏面設施比較符合青年人的習慣，就是訂房的時候服務不周到，態度不好，手續繁雜

好，服務好。早餐好。寬敞明亮衞生更好

在線入住，手續太繁瑣。第一次出國，第一次到達里斯本。實在是沒想到，價格相對國內來説不便宜了，上樓以後讓領導給否定了。

青年旅館是騙人的旅館，，我在中國通過攜程訂了兩天住房。結果我來到里斯本找不到他們的旅館，打電話他們己各種理由推辭不解決問題，錢交了他們也不退錢，在無助的情況下通過一箇中國人介紹住進了中國人開的旅館。希望在來里斯本旅遊的國人們，不要訂青年旅館了，他們就是騙子。我本人親身經歷

性價比很高，距機場打車10分鐘，非常方便，適合趕飛機的人。店間很乾凈，非常温馨的一套房子，各種設施齊全。

Mon fils a eu son vol de retour Lisbonne Paris du 21/09 annulé sans possibilité de partir le jour même. A 20h15, heure locale je lui ai pris une réservation au "Lisbon Airport Hostel". Arrivé devant, il n'a pas pu récupérer sa chambre. Le responsable m'a appelé me demandant de : - Remplir un formulaire - Après quoi j'aurai un lien pour payer en ligne un dépôt de 71 € - Après quoi je recevrai au bout de 30 mn un email de confirmation avec un code - Et qu'à partir de là je pourrais appeler l'hôtel pour récupérer la chambre. J'ai demandé si on ne pouvait pas accélérer (Mon fils était devant la porte avec ses valises et 1% de batterie sur son téléphone...). Comme ce n'était pas possible, j'ai traité ce système de "********". Le responsable n'a pas apprécié ma façon de parler et m'a dit qu'il annulait la réservation. Il a également prévenu mon fils qui s'est retrouvé à la rue dans un quartier sordide avec ses bagages et son téléphone, qui entre temps avait lâché. Ca aurait pu s'arrêter là mais l’établissement est futé : Non seulement il vous refuse l’accès, mais en plus il indique que vous ne vous êtes pas présenté, ainsi il ne vous rembourse pas. Je vous conseille de bien lire les avis sur cet établissement. C’est ce que j’aurais du faire car ils sont très instructifs.

Con artists. Stay well away...located in council Estate with no way in. No reception and very rude and aggressive on the phone. We had two kids with us and didnt manged to get through the door. We had to find somewhere else to stay. They put us down as no show and kept all our money. Police have been informed of this terrible company.

La pire journée de ma vie, j'ai réservé 1 mois avant mon voyage avec ********* . 1 jours avant mon voyage, le responsable m'a démandé de payer 60 Euro. garanti, et je l'ai payé. Arrivé à Lisbonne, je l'ai téléphoné plusiere fois , il ne me reponds pas jusqu'a 16h30 .( J'était devant l'hostel ).Mon télephone est dechargé completement, je me suis assis avec mon mari sur le territoir devant le hostel , une dame a passé ,je demandé de l'appeler depuis son téléphone, elle l'a fait et m'a donné le téléphone. Le monsieur ne veut pas me donner l'acces au Hostel si je ne téléphone pas de mon cell. J'ai trouvé un shopping centre à pied, Je suis allé pour charger mon cell , puis j'ai téléphoné de 18h jusqu'à 19 H, il ne repond pas. puis à 19h15 il m'a contacté d'un autre téléphone m'a démandé de retourner à l'hostel, puis de le telephoner de la bas pour qu'il ma donne l'acces.Quel procedure comliqué Pour mon 60 Euro.remporsé aprés 2 semaine, apres plusieur messages.

We stayed here due to a cancelled flight. It was okay - big and modern. It’s located in a modern section of Lisbon. It is convenient to one of the train stations. Breakfast was excellent. It is about a 20 minute taxi car drive from the older section of Lisbon. It is about a five minute taxi cab drive from the airport.

very rude and un professional service , i told them i will be there 5.30 they agreed . but when i got the, there wasnt anybody to fill up the registration form and do check in formalities .wasted 45-50 minutes trying to find somebody to help me out . no recpetion nor anybody there . and just yesterday they send me a link after 3 days for check in to fill up the form . when i managed to get through them , they called me liar saying i dint show up . and sais im lie just to get refund . well as soon as i booked the hostel , my father had a stroke withing 30 minutes of the reservation . and since than i tried so as the booking company to cancell this and get refund .and also my phone is international as i mentioned to them on the phone .still they say why i dint call them when i visited the property .this is how they cheat customers and also scam them like the way they did to me .i end up staying at my uncles place whose funeral took place on that day. still waiting for refund and a apology from them .

What a disaster .terrible service and nothing is clear .no reception and when u get there ,there’s no one to help you out checking in .no wifi provide to check in online specially when u coming from different country .BIG SCAM . I had to waste almost 45 minutes to try and get In to fill the form . I came for the funeral leaving my father who had a stroke back home fighting g for his life . Inspite of arriving after 5.30 pm they couldn’t help me out .there was t anybody there to help me out .and when they called me I told them I’m at the funeral and I will fill pour the form when I have time .it was a stressful day with funeral and this stress . And he was asking me for my bank details to take extra charge and was rude as well .I dint give him that information as I haven’t filled the form yet .they down have empathy as well humanity at all .as if nobody in their family died and has their own father bed risen with stroke in the hospital .wouldn’t even refund the Maney when I try to contact the. Time I book the hostel ,no one was picking up the phone .now all of a sudden they contact you .try to find reasons to cancell so that they can keep the money .PLEASE DONNOT ISE THIS HOSTEL .THIS IS A SCAM .

The list of things wrong with our experience is extensive The checkin process was complicated and frustrating. My husband compared it to 'Mission Impossible' When we finally got into the apartment building and up to the floor we were staying on, the smell was terrible. Sewage being covered up by air fresheners is the only way I can describe it. We went into our room, which was nice but only had 2 plugs and without AC we needed to have the fan plugged in at all times, which made charging our devices difficult. The smell was ok in our room as long as we had the window open. The shared bathroom we were closest to was in the common area and it smelled like exhaust fumes. It was so strong that there was no way I wanted to shower in there. We had planned to stay here for 1 night on either end of our trip as the location for airport access is good but after seeing it or rather smelling it, there was no way I wanted to stay again. We tried to cancel the 2nd night but the "no cancelation policy" was binding even though it was a week before our next night was booked. When we complained about the smell we were told "it is normal for shared bathrooms to smell" We tried to explain that the snell was everywhere and the bathroom smelled like a vehicle was spewing exhaust into it, but he just kept repeating that it was normal. So we forfeited our money and booked a different hotel. Definitely do not recommend. And there was really old freezer-burned food in the fridge freezer!

Scam. All I can say is that you should read Google reviews on them. Far more expensive than any hostel and then when you try and check in a 7 page form and 60€ security deposit is added. Even at night, on the pavement. Not a hostel, old converted flat. Hostile manager. No recourse to complain. No refund of security deposit. Dirty linen and bathroom.
