Everything was above and beyond. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was well appointment, modern and in excellent condition. Comfy bed, with convenient charging stations in the bedside locker. Balcony was lovely and had a pleasing view of the area. Pool area is well maintained with a bar and snacks. We used the gym, indoor sauna and indoor pool, which were also very good. There is even a relaxation room to unwind in. The gym floor was a little slippy, could be the cleaner that was used. Excellent breakfast, the bread and pastry options were fresh and authentic. We also had a few cocktails, which were delicious. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! Thanks for a great stay.

super zuvorkommendes Hotel .Es ist sehr modern sauber und nahe bei der Metro gelegen .ich würde es jedem empfehlen super Preisleistung.Jederzeit wieder.

We loved every minute at Luster. The staff are warm, welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay special. Beautifully designed hotel that manages to be relaxing and informal whilst stylish and immaculate. Scent of fig throughout is a nice touch. Good air conditioning and super comfy beds. We enjoyed the gym, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and steam room after pounding those fascinating, winding, uphill streets of Lisbon. And then on to the delicious breakfasts. Loved the made to order omelettes and eggs Benedict, coffee menu, freshly squeezed orange juice and the detox juices. The staff know your name and are brilliant at their jobs. Metro nearby. Go, you will love it!

Excelllent hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Really comfortable beds and nice pool to relax by outside and the added benefit of an indoor pool. Breakfast was superb. Definitely one of the best 4 star hotels I have stayed in recently, would absolutely recommend. Also near to the Saldanha metro station for easy access to airport and downtown Lisbon.

Great hotel with amazing staff! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful from the breakfast team to bar staff, housekeeping and reception. Loved the option of two pools and both are well maintained! Hotel is an easy 30min walk to city center

I loved my stay at Luster Hotel, I was staying alone and all of the staff made me feel really comfortable. They gave me suggestions of things to do and places to go to explore the city which I appreciated.
I took a trip to the spa for a massage, which I would highly recommend because it was super relaxing and worth every penny!
The pool area can get quite busy and not all of the sun loungers get very good sun exposure during the day but I think that this is because of the big buildings that surround the hotel and can't be prevented.
Also, the hotel is really close to a metro station which makes it very easy to get into the centre of Lisbon but if you want to stay somewhere which is walkable to the main districts, it might be a bit of the way out. I primarily took taxis, which are really cheap, but you do lose out on walking around the streets and seeing the magic of the City.
