It was sooo bad pls there way better guest house than this one

Lo peor de lo peor, si estas leyendo esto ests a tiempo de seguir buscando nuevas opciones, he ido y la zona es de lo peor para empezar y fui como a las 21:30hrs, pero no habia nadie que me de razon sobre mi habitacion, llamando y llamando, pero sin solucion alguna asi que decidi irme a otro hotel

宣傳上說有免費停車🅿，結果入住後告知，門口的停車位都是附近住家的，需要停到四五百米的停車場，停車費化了一百塊，純粹虛假廣告

Information about check in are not correct-photos also do not describe reality,but staff is kind and ready to compensate this.

Decepcionada Eu reservei um quarto com uma cama de casal, mas, quando cheguei, me deram um quarto com três camas de solteiro e sem banheiro. Como o piso é de madeira, fazia muito barulho quando andávamos, então tínhamos que andar muito devagar e tentando fazer o mínimo de ruído, já que o rapaz que nos atendeu disse que não podíamos fazer nenhum barulho.

Un andirivieni di persone che sembrano homeless, unica cosa frequentabile il bagno esterno che rispetto alle camere è meno sporco.

En muy malas condiciones Estuvimos en una habitación sin ventanas. En un baño no hay agua caliente para ducharse. Lo positivo es que está muy centrico y bien comunicado para moverte. La zona es tipo Raval de Barcelona

It is listed as a hotel but is barely a room. There was a shared bathroom which was not well maintained. Essentially it is a slumlord type floor of an apartment that is shared. It says free parking, but it is just street parking on a different road from the hotel, and is only free from the late evening until 9 am. There was not reception but a person that came about 15 minutes after I called (much longer than he said he would be there). There was a family that came the next morning, and they were waiting more than 20 minutes for him when we left. I still book flights with *******, but this is the first time I am unsure about booking hotels with the site - I'm just very surprised that this place could advertise on the website, and that it could so falsely represent itself.

Prices in Lisbon have risen and the bad quality acomodation like this is even expensive. Host was rude, e.g. At check in, I was told to step away from door entrance until my booking and identity was confirmed. No towels in rooms. When I asked for some I was given towels smelling of curry! (they were stored in the kitchen!). Door knob came off and window had trouble closing down. Avoid. Many properties are now taken by foreign owners that take advantage of Lisbon popularity and only care about filthy profit. In the 90s you would get a warm welcome from portuguese hosts and good quality affordable acomodation. Nowadays unfortunatelly not so much anymore.

False advertisement , This is a hostel , not a hotel , promise washer, dryer and stove ! None of above working ! Refrigerator is working , 2 shared, bathrooms ! No television ! Only internet ! Friendly service with no money back ! Stay was ok overall!

Avoid at all cost. There is so many wrong things about this place, here are exemples: - Mold in the shower - Ants in the bathroom - Dirt on the fan panels (it was brown) - Sticky floors About the host: - Difficult to reach - Will hang up the phone when you try to call him - Rude - Unorganized He double booked us and placed us in his second location, which is even more unsanitary and unsafe. We had to book at another hotel for those nights, because it was just inhumane. We could hear scratching in the walls… Oh and no refund was offered to us even thought the reality did not fit the expectations of the booking (no parking, no working oven, and no washing machine available!

Lo peor que te puedes encontrar, que por15 minutos te dejan en la calle, y te dicen que no es su problema, venir a la puerta con la llave y decirme que no puedo entrar, en un viaje internacional es imposible predecir la hora exacta de llegada, pues nos dejo en la calle, que no era su problema, después de discutir mucho, conseguí que me devolviera el dinero pero el trato horrible, no lo recomiendo para nada, no son personas, son unos impresentables y me quedo corto.
