"This was the best hotel I stayed at in the entire Czech Republic, Austria, and Hungary region. The experience was excellent and a pleasant surprise. Facilities: The room was spacious with high ceilings, a separate bathtub and shower, and all the necessary amenities were provided, including a refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, and safe. Cleanliness: Spotless; mirrors and glass were dust-free and watermark-free; the bed was neatly made with no wrinkles. Environment: Located in the heart of Linz, it's a quiet spot despite being in a bustling area, surrounded by shopping malls and a central square. Service: During check-in, the front desk thoughtfully switched the iPad to a Chinese interface and recommended nearby supermarkets and restaurants."

"We booked the hotel because of an Asian festival right next door. The Arte Hotel also has a very good location. Right on the Danube. You can walk across the bridge straight into the lively center, where you'll find everything you need. The nightlife is very lively on weekends. There's a garage for €19 a day, and you can drive straight from the garage to your room. There's a short-term parking zone right in front of the hotel, which is particularly worthwhile from 12 p.m. on Saturdays and free on Sundays. The minimum deposit is one euro, but I didn't think you need a ticket when parking is free. I wasn't sure. Breakfast is optional, but we didn't take advantage of it. Apparently there's also a sauna and fitness center, which we didn't use."

"The host was having a company event nearby. Our check-in took 45 minutes... first, we got the card from another room!!! Opened the door, and the colleague was standing naked in the room... Really moderately hot. Because they were "overbooked" and had no idea. The suggestion was, in the meantime, that they cancel the room and I get my money back. "Overall, I felt very comfortable – the hotel is tastefully decorated, the concept is coherent, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there was an incident in my room with the capsule coffee machine: when I opened the capsule drawer, hot liquid unexpectedly leaked out, causing a burn. The machine was set up in the room without any operating instructions or safety information. Even though it's a common model, I believe that, especially in a hotel room with constantly changing guests, a warning about potential risks is essential. The hotel's response was friendly, but they didn't accept responsibility, assuming it was due to "normal use." As someone who works with coffee machines professionally, I can say that the incident was not due to user error. I wish the hotel continued success, but I strongly recommend improving safety in the rooms in this regard. Even small measures like a warning sign or brief instructions would help prevent similar incidents."
