Lovely clean on entering. Lovely, helpful receptionist. Our room was nice and clean. Was in an end room so it was nice and quiet. Went to the restaurant for Dinner wasn’t very impressed, oil all over the plate from the very well cooked breaded mushrooms. Steak so small on mixed grill you could hardly see it. Nice pleasant waitress. Overall best premier inn I’ve stayed in just the food let it down

I have visited Lincoln several times but not stayed at this hotel before. At first , I was reluctant to book here due to the city centre location probably being too noisy and not having it’s own car park. As it turned out, neither were an issue at all. Lincoln is not a very big city anyway and there is a public multi-storey car park just behind the hotel which you can use while staying and only costs seven pounds for 24 hours to use and you can come and go as many times as you like as there is no barrier restrictions. I payed using the Pay by phone app which is easy to use. There is also a lift (not operational at night) to save the stairs. The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The ground floor has an open plan reception and dining room with a bar. There are a pair of lifts up to the rooms as well as the stairs. The rooms are standard Premier inn style but with the advantage that everything is the latest fittings and fixtures. All rooms have air conditioning and so windows cannot be opened. It is surprisingly quiet at night for sleeping even though there is a busy street outside but the traffic dies right down at night and the sound proofing in the rooms is pretty effective from outside noise. I stayed two nights and slept well on both occasions. The staff were friendly and helpful and everywhere looked clean and tidy. As always with Premier inn , the most likely time you might have to wait for staff is the hour of so just after three in the afternoon when check in starts as they do get busy then in reception. I really enjoyed my stay at this Premier inn and would recommend it as a good place to stay.

We arrived by train and the hotel is a 10 min walk. We stayed in a premier plus room 419, (no view of the cathedral ) and barely any traffic noise from the main road. Facilities in the room were great, coffee machine, fridge, bottled water, chocolate ,mirror over table, big thumbs up for that, extra pillows and lovely shower room. Breakfast was plentiful and all staff friendly, helpful and polite. Glad we picked the plus room and would definitely stay here again.

Premier Inn sets the standard for relatively low cost, well positioned hotels and the Lincoln version fully fitted the bill. Excellently presented and located for a trip to the historic city. The view from the bedroom - uninterrupted up to the Cathedral - was spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

The 2nd time we stayed with Premier Inn. It is still very nice and clean hotel. When we arrived, the staff was helpful and we always like to check-in with staff instead of self check-in with computers. The location of the hotel is good too Bed is quite comfortable and clean We tried the continental breakfast only and it was very nice too. Fresh fruit and juice are my favourite.

A very pleasant hotel close to Lincoln town centre and approximately a quarter of a mile from Lincoln Cathedral, all uphill to get there. Staff pleasant and very helpful, parking close by, separate payment to car park operator, not owned by Premier Inn, Restaurant light and airy, reasonable choice on menu breakfast buffet very good.

Not a good experience restaurant & bar closed with no prior warning had a journey of 4.5 hours to get there to find no food or drink was available . Room had underlying smell of smoke, WiFi virtually non existent and unable to use . Air conditioning just blew cold air what ever the temperature added which on a cold night was not ideal.

Stayed here in November and had a really positive experience that I decided to return to the same hotel for a prolonged visit in April. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. On arrival there was a technical glitch on the automatic booking in causing a queue, but like out of Mr Benn another member of staff appeared to assist with booking in. On my recent visits to Premier Inns there has usually been an off site restaurant and bar, but Lincoln City centre has it all in one place. Rooms were clean and heating/AC available. But being able to open a window for fresh air would be appreciated as opposed to the constant low hum of AC. Situated centrally to old & modern Lincoln, I'd definately book and stay here again.

Good face to face help offered in the recreational.Tge lady that greeted us was very friendly and helpful as my wife had a broken ankle and she needed a walk in shower,room 301 had a shower unit but not walk I. So my wife had to manoeuvre over the lip of the shower tray to get in the shower.A of a struggle but we managed

I just want to thank James for sending me back my lost property!! I cannot believe how fast and reliable and joyful this person is. It was fantastic to talk to him last Friday and I really appreciate all the details he provided about lincoln. allthough corporate felt like a family run hotel. good job james

I always come here with business and sometimes stay around 4 days/week. It's always a pleasure to encounter jordan in reception as he makes my stay feel like heaven. cofee is good in the morning and I do prefer it black. sometimes he chats with me for 10 min. that s pretty cool!

Third visit here in a year. A very well run hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. We received a lovely welcome and was pleased that we could arrange our 3 rooms together. This time we had booked an accessible wet room for one of the party. Wow! What a difference it made. Very pleased with everything about the room. Roomy, comfortable and the bed was lower which helped considerably. We had breakfast each morning, which is excellent value, and an evening meal. Again, good choice and value. Special shout out to Ashley, James and Rennique for going above and beyond. Looking forward to our next visit later in the year.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff were fantastic in looking after the customer. Nothing was too much and you were always greeted with a smile and a genuine hospitality. Breakfast on offer was prepared with care and a fantastic variety. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and presentable. The extra touch of the welcome gifts were greatly appreciated but not expected. We will definitely be back.
