Holiday Inn Lincoln arvostelua

Good Location, Room was nice and big. I would stay again if in Lincoln. The only thing that annoyed me was i ordered a Steak Pie from the Restaurant but i got a Chicken pie instead. I had to eat it as it was late and it wasn't that nice to be honest.. Apart from that though it's a decent hotel.

房間早餐都還可以 但是當天修路 導致導航繞了半天過不去 （通往酒店的路全關閉了）最後到處問人晚上8點才到 這種情況酒店好歹要提前通知 讓大家知道如何到達

非常普通的酒店，位置倒不錯，在市中心，旁邊就是餐飲一條街，走路去城堡和交通非常方便。我們到的有點早，還不能辦理入住，等到3:00才能辦理入住。酒店早餐還不錯，用餐環境不錯 風格現代時尚。

Excellently located hotel on Brayford Waterfront in Lincoln. Friendly staff. Rooms are a bit dated but overall comfortable and clean. Good free WiFi. Nice bar area but drinks are expensive, Wetherspoons next door but one though! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely and quiet. Need electric doors though for my scooter. Massive room

Very nice hotel. Excellent location and staff were very helpful. All round very good. I will be staying here again when up this way.

對攜程不滿意，隨便更改訂單，與家人分在不同的酒店，相距還有點遠。酒店還行，比預訂的差了一點，預訂的酒店門前有水，以前評論過

整體感覺非常差，住左2晚，第二日外出後回酒店，房卡竟然不能進入房，要到櫃台重新修正，另進房內，竟然沒有清潔房間，垃圾仍然在房內，只粗略收拾垃圾桶內的垃圾，算是整理房間。 位置：離市中心，步行約10分鐘 房間：有陣異味道💩😷 廁所：廁紙🧻邊疊埋曬，好似濕過後涼干，非常恐怖😰 洗面盤：去水非常慢🚿🪠🛠️

Then the next day, I tried to book somewhere else as I thought it would be cheaper but again, everywhere was fully booked. This time I’m charged £160 for the night. I get to check in, as it was okay the night before I expected check in to go the same and let them know I couldn’t pay deposit as I didn’t have a card and they’d told me they didn’t take contactless the night previous. The man, with no manager badge on proceeded to tell me even though I’d been allowed to stay the night before and after they’d taken the money out he wasn’t going to allow me to stay in the hotel. Bearing in mind this is quite late at night, in Lincoln and I live in Bradford. There were no trains back. I managed to use someone’s card and transfer them the money over online banking luckily, however after being told the previous night deposit charge was £100, I was charged £30 so they have inconsistencies between staff. Got taken to the room which had NO main light source except a green bathroom light and a lamp situated in the complete opposite half of the room which couldn’t be moved as there were no plugs near the bed. I paid £206 and £160 for the same room and the difference in them is disgusting. The customer service was terrible.
