"Everything was perfect from checking in. We were a little bit early, they checked us in right way with a lovely welcome drinks. All the staffs were so polite. Welcome fruits in the room and made up the room every night with chocolate was a lovely touch. Breakfast was excellent. The service at breakfast was excellent. The waitresses/ waiters were attentive. Hotel facilities were great. 4 pools in total. We specifically enjoyed the outdoor cold pool. Gym was little busy in the morning, but it’s very clean and modern equipments. We enjoyed our stay."

"This was our 4th stay here and our last. We stayed 4 nights and had NO hot water for the entire stay. No basin hot water and no shower. The manager did his best to rectify the situation but with no success. On the penultimate day I had a delightful encounter with the owner who accused me of 'Shouting like a baby' in front of other guests. By that time I think my protests were justified. If you stay at the weekend, don't bother going to bed before 5 am as the people leaving the night club next door shout and laugh in the street until the early hours. Other places nearby and we will stay in one of them next year."

"We stayed for 10 days in July. The location is excellent in terms of proximity to a fantastic beach. This can be even easier given the bridge across the busy road, though we couldn't use it due to having a stroller. There are also too many good restaurants to count, grocery options, and its a quick 10 minute bus ride to the marina and old city. The pools were very nice and there is both a splah pool and little playground suitable for under 5s. However it seems the facilities are not up to what they used to be. The formerly leading restaurant downstairs is closed with no clear reopening date. And the pool bar service is no nothing more than placing an order with the staff and then they literally order from Wolt, mostly from the Ship Inn across the street. Also, we were overcharged for beers by 40% and were told "that's the new prices." I had to show 3 different menus which all had the "old" prices. So that left a sour taste to be honest. The apartment itself was very clean and well-appointed with towels and such. However the kitchen supplies were very slim and there is no equipment for proper cooking, so bear that in mind. Finally, while the balconies offer fantastic views, its hard to sit outside in the evening because of all the cars and motorcylcles revving their engines and accelarating aggressively can make it hard to have a normal conversation. Finally, the service was very good and the reception team did a great job arranging transporation and such. We had an issue with the plug in the bath tub and it was dealt with swiftly. So a very nice stay but it feels like the best days could be behind it if the onsite dining facilities aren't sorted out."

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with a bathroom that was equally clean and comfortable. The incredibly cozy bed ensured we slept like babies every night! As light sleepers, we especially valued the room's exceptional quietness; its superb soundproofing meant we were never disturbed. The warmth and genuine attentiveness of the entire team truly elevated our stay. We were consistently met with kindness and helpfulness from everyone. We’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again on our next trip to Limassol. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"I just left this hotel this morning and we stayed 3 nights there. The hotel at first sight it looks old and and a bit sketchy on the inside. The room was not clean, the bedsheets were dirty with hair and dirt on it and the bath was also dirty. Everyday where coming to ‘change’ the sheets and ‘clean’ the bathroom, but all the did was to change the garbage and also clean the floor. We got ‘changed’ our sheets on the second day we were there but it still had dirt on it. As for the bathroom that they supposedly were cleaning, they never did and i also got an infection from it. We also had breakfast included, but the last day we were there, we found a hair in our food and honestly we were disgusted by it. The pool was okay, we didn’t use it ofc, but the sitting area outside was so so dirty. One more thing that i forgot to mention is the air conditioning.. at first it was okay, but then we noticed that for 5 minutes it was in hot and then for 15 minutes it turned cold (repeated), and also my friend got sick during our stay there so i am guessing that its because we were sleeping with cold air conditioning. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all, the staff were nice but overall it wasn’t a good experience and i honestly wanted to go back home as soon as possible. I hope they see this and get this sorted out because the condition of it was awful. ps i have videos of the place but trip.com only allows me to put photos."

"The room was spacious, with a kitchen and balcony, and the essential amenities were quite good, showing that it had been well-maintained. However, when I wanted to drop off my luggage around 11 AM, no one was at the front desk; I had to call to find someone. Upon check-out, I wanted to leave my luggage there as well, but was told that no one was at the front desk after 3 PM and I couldn't retrieve it, which was very inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend this option for those who want to store their luggage. The room also had a slight odor, which I didn't like."

"Luxurious rooms, huge balcony, great sea view. Breakfast was very limited with no ability to order anything hot. The offering being continental so if you have any diet restrictions you’re best off not using the hotel for breakfast. Staff are super friendly and everything is spotless. Spa has a sauna and steam room open 0500-2100. Fitness suite is very limited though. Overall a super relaxing stay in a great hotel in a great location. Would recommend and would stay again."

Walls and floors were filthy. Lift gets stuck inbetween floors. Bathroom flooded. Blamed everything on us instead of being accommodating. She insisted we paid only in cash and would show up to the apartment randomly asking for large amounts. Lied to us about parking (there wasn’t any). Please save you’re money and book somewhere cheaper that will be much cleaner and much less worries. "

"Meillä oli erittäin miellyttävä oleskelu Pefkos City Hotelissa Limassol. Hotelli ei ole kovin suuri, joka antaa sen rentouttava ja mukava ilmapiiri. Kun me ensin tarkistimme, huoneessamme oli pieni ilmastointi ongelma, koska se oli hieman meluisa. Mutta henkilöstö huolehti siitä heti, mitä todella arvostettiin. Paras asia tästä hotellista on varmasti henkilöstö. Kaikki olivat ystävällisiä, apullisia ja ammattilaisia koko oleskelumme. Huone oli mukava, puhdas ja hyvin ylläpidetty. Me myös rakasti kahvia uima-allas. Ruoka oli erittäin hyvä, ja se oli hyvä paikka rentoutua päivän aikana. Aamiainen oli erinomainen, ja erilaisia vaihtoehtoja sopivat eri makuja. Kaikki oli tuoretta ja hyvin esitetty. Yleensä meillä oli ihana oleskelu ja palaisimme onnellisesti. Mukavat huoneet, suuri ruoka, erinomainen henkilöstö, ja erittäin hyvä arvo rahaa."
