Well-located very close to Kennedy Park. Only a short walk from the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you could need.

great place and stay with the hotel , we enjoyed very much and will visit again.

Hotel en el Barrio turistico de Miraflores Bien ubicado, comodo, prolijo! Buena atencion del personal, salvo un caso que se quizo hacer la America con nosotros consiguiendonos un taxi para que fueramos y volvieramos a un lugar por 70 soles que en reslidad nos costo 30! En fin en todos lados sucede Bien calificado c 3 estrellas pero debe mejorar mucho su desayuno! Muy pobre!!

Not worth it for the price. If this hotel was located in a less desirable area of Lima it would probably cost no more than 20 soles for a room. Rooms are very small with basic bed.

I stayed here twice over a couple of weeks during my trip to Peru. I was given a room with no view & felt very claustrophobic. On request I was able to change the room for one with a view. This one was very comfortable. Hotel is close to shops & restaurants. However when I returned to the hotel after a couple of weeks touring Peru, I was put back in the room without a view. This room in need of decorating, many scuff marks on the walls. The sheets had a very unpleasant smell. This time I was only stayed one night, so put up with the room I was given.

The hotel has a lift and 5 rooms on each floor with exterior window. The hotel offers luggage storage. In April 2025, our room 303 (3F) was clean and had a comfortable double bed with a noisy air conditioner and good Wi-Fi-reception. Our outside window had no view. Maintenance could be better. Breakfast buffet was empty and it the staff took a long time for to replenish it. Options are limited. Mariel Hotel is a simple hotel in a safe neighbourhood of Lima.
