This is a lovely hotel set in two old colonial houses with beautiful gardens. The staff are very friendly, kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room was well equipped with dressing gowns and slippers and they provide filtered water. There is additional filtered water and tea and coffee in the residents’ lounge area. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace and is a combination of buffet items and a choice of cooked items from a menu. The pancakes with maple syrup and fresh fruit were my favourite breakfast item from a month of hotel stays in Peru. They also made proper decaf coffee. Location wise the hotel is a two minute walk to the centre of Barranco which feels very safe and has some very nice restaurants and coffee shops. You can also walk to Miraflores in about 20 minutes. It’s a pleasant walk through a residential and commercial area. We also took an Uber into central Lima for a very cheap price which took about half an hour. I highly recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again.

La atención del staff es excepcional! Me parece que el lugar es un poco costoso para lo que es. El desayuno es muy bueno en variedad pero no en calidad. La ubicación es buena, la habitación amplia y el ambiente en general muy acogedor.

This property was amazing! We came after spending 2 weeks in the jungle and wanted to feel taken care of and Isaac and the team did just that. The suite was amazing, the breakfast was a lovely breath of options but hot and cold. The space is situated in a beautiful area of Barranco where you can shop and find many delicious dining options. I highly recommend Villa Barranco and will be back to visit again. A huge thank you to the team for being hospitable and taking care of us.

Really good boutique hotel, staff were very helpful, breakfast was good, bar on the roof had heaters to keep warm, and the room was a good size. The whole ambiance with books, coffee and seating let us relax. The location is lower than I would have liked and with the traffic and one way systems it added time to all journeys. But the local area had walks along the cliffs, and good local restaurants, shops and museums. No evening food available, which caused no problem with the local area.

Een kleinschalig maar ruim opgezet hotel, op een prachtige plek. Echt super leuk! Het personeel is oprecht vriendelijk en probeert je met alles te assisteren. De kamer was ruim, de bedden fantastisch en de badkamer van alle gemakken voorzien en ruim. Het ontbijt op het dakterras en was zeer uitgebreid. De lokatie van dit hotel is prima, dichtbij de kust, makkelijk te lopen, en ook dichtbij het centrum en de leuke restaurantjes van Barranco (Lima)

A charming 10 room luxury boutique hotel in the Barranco section of Lima, just one block from the ocean. The staff and management could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We left for Paracas and were returning in two days, and they kindly did laundry for us and kept a bag and had it in our room when we arrived. Since we showed up late in the afternoon and hadn’t had lunch, they were kind enough to whip us up some quinoa salads, that were delicious. They also have a nice roof top bar and breakfast nook. Everyone there was so nice.

Wonderful stay
Fantastic stay .
Staff were lovely and very friendly.
We stayed in room 9 - master suite . Amazing room with a gorgeous bathroom and wonderful private balcony from where you can see the sea.
Breakfast staff very accommodating and breakfast nice and adequate with fresh cooked eggs and small buffet.

A wonderful gem in the best area to stay to explore Lima. Villa Barranco is a period property with considered design details, outside seating areas, delicious breakfasts and helpful friendly staff. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and galleries whilst viewing the cool street art on route. Isaac was a saviour to us when we had unexpected paperwork to deal with and he went above and beyond to sort our problem.
