房間很乾凈，晚上睡覺也很安靜，性價比比較高。

Overall good for the price and the location close to the exhibition center. ＞Walking distance.

Fairly good location but other Ibis hotels are right in the heart of the city for only a few pounds more. Ended up getting taxis home at night as there are some quite dark, lonely sections on the road home. Service was excellent for such an affordable hotel- staff brought extra pillow on request, iron and ironing board, they were always smiling, polite and proficient. In the room, there was one small, high up window making the room feel dark and hot. We were on level 1, higher bedrooms seemed to have better windows. Mattress was comfortable but not attached or anchored in- it tended to surf away from the hard headboard and your one pillow then fell down between the gap. The pillows themselves were crap- I felt like a I was sleeping on a water balloon- when you rested your head on one section, it would go flat and inflate the other. We requested extras because I had recently had surgery and needed extra support and one extra was provided. I ended up using towels for extra support which was less than ideal. Bathroom was clean, modern and had a nice, powerful shower. TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. The air conditioning was FANTASTIC and powerful when it was on but then it inexplicably would turn off maybe 2/3 times a night and the heat would wake us up which was a shame. We run hot and like a colder bedroom so this might not be a deal breaker for you but it’s very important for me and affected my quality of sleep.

Bellissimo soggiorno a Lille nell’hotel Ibis Centre Grand Palais. Camera piccola ma con tutti i confort. Staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e variegata con prodotti tipici francesi come le crêpes, le madeleine, i formaggi, tanti tipi di pane. Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte e tutto è andato bene: dal check-in, al check-out, deposito bagagli…

Prima hotel voor weekendje weg. Heerlijk ontbijt en aardig personeel

酒店性價比比高，服務不錯，從火車站出來走十分鐘就到了很方便。

Très bon accueil et personnel à l’écoute ! Le point gros positif c’est le WIFI qui ne beugue pas !
