This trip is absolutely amazing and nice. The hotel is so welcoming and easy to access. Room is spacious nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful, shared with us a lots of travelling tips and shopping tips too.

The room is very comfortable. Hotel is the part of old town but easier to access cause you can still get the car inside to drop off. Travel with big bag is no issue. Very quiet. Also extra amenities I didn’t expect is the humidifier which is good for me. Staff is helpful even they cannot speak English.

Very warm and passionate staff managing the place. They would give good recommendations on places worth visiting in lijiang. The price is very affordable and for the service and ammenities provided.

reception staff very friendly. Her name is man man. She welcome us with nice rose flower cookies. Room is big and comfortable. If the carpet can vacum before next check in guess will be better, because in China they wear shoes into the room. Overall stay was happy

The room is nice and its space is great, the location is quite good since it can be reached by car but it is about 1.2 km walking to large water wheel. The staffs cannot communicate in English, the is one who can speak English a little bit. The cleanliness was our doubt, we saw dust under the bed from the day we checked in until the day we checked out. There is a bit of water in coffee cups, so I must wash them by myself before using. Furthermore after daily cleaning service, the coffee cups had not been left unwashed, we must wash them every time we need to use them. Almost all staffs at lobby smoked all the time, on the day we checked out while waiting for taxi, they arranged tea for us but we were irritated with cigarette smoke for half an hour continuously - very bad atmosphere. The free tea set is what we had to ask for and we haven't got discount voucher as advertised. The free transportation for 4 night-stay is only from or OR Railway station, OR only from OR to Airport. We thought we would got free pick up at railway station and free drop off at airport but the staff said we could choose only one. Finally, we chose free drop off at Airport, and pay 40 yuan for pick up at railway station which had been done. On the day we left the hotel to Airport, the staff appointed us 30 minutes earlier from the time we agreed with the reason of traffic jam. BUT the traffic is not bad, there is a highway out of the city to the Airport with a few cars. The free transportation they provided us was taxi which used the local road that's why the appointment time was rescheduled to be earlier. BAD EXPERIENCE! And I felt like a FOOL.

The staying in hotel was nice. It is located right in the GuZheng. There’s a free pick-up from the airport/train station if you stay more than 3 nights. Boss is nice and helpful. Only one thing can spoil a little bit your staying in the hotel: wild people with no manners who wakes up early, open their doors and talks loudly like they are the ones. During my stay there were many loud Chinese people waking up early and walking here and there, laughing loudly and not caring about others who stays and wants to have a good rest. Let’s respect each other!

I got to know this hotel through some positive review from other guests and decided to try it out as I am not familiar with this place nor do I know anyone here. Glad that I did as it turns out to be an excellent experience. The hotel location is easy to reach as it is just a few minutes walk from the main road and it is right next to the old town (丽江古镇)。It is also right in front of a beautiful pond. The room is clean and tidy, everything works, breakfast porridge is tasty. But most importantly the hotel management are extremely friendly and helpful – this make my trip so much more easy and enjoyable. Ann (冰冰) is an excellent manager who offered me valuable advises and tips on where to go , what to do, what to avoid and she helps me with all my booking for the side trips – I had an easy time visiting the snow mountain (雪山), Lugu Lake (泸沽湖) and watch the magnificent Lijiang performance (丽江千古情) . All arranged and well managed with Ann’s help. This is so important when we heard so much negative comments about travelling to Lijiang from unscrupulous tour operator but here I am glad I met honest and reliable people. So if you are new to Lijiang and need guidance, I strongly recommend staying here and speaking to Ann. She is candid, transparent and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful place but the people makes the entire experience even more wonderful .

Really recommended this place. The host was super friendly and helpful. He helped us arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel even we landed at midnight. The check-in was almost 1 AM but he was still there to treat us with some snacks and tea. He booked a tour to the jade dragon snow mountain for us and help facilitate the communication with the tour guide throughout the day. Finally, he helped find us cars to Shangri-La after we checked out. The place is very new and have everything you need. It's around the edge of the old town so it won't be noisy at night.

This hotel was a dream come true. We had originally booked à different place and had to cancel due to changes in travel. We booked here last minute and were in shock at how beautiful it was. This is on the outskirts of the old town, but arguably a much better location as its surroundings are not too touristy and still within walking distance of everything. Would reccomend.

The room was really big and comfortable. The toilet was clean. Staying in the room feeling peace and cozy.

Great hotel, excellent location. The person in the front was very friendly and helpful. He picked us up and brought us to the hotel. He connected with us via WeChat and told us about the amenities and breakfast. Breakfast was simple and delicious. I would highly recommend.

The guys that run it are really good. Orginally when I stayed before I thought breakfast wasn't great, but having stayed in other hotels in Lijiang it was actually better than some others. Definitely recommended

This is a beautiful courtyard guesthouse in the Old Town. The location is perfect, it's in a very quiet area about a 10 minute walk from the entrance to the Old Town Tourist area. There are some nice restaurants around it and convenience stores to buy water and snacks. The Chinese breakfast was good; hot cabbage, steamed buns, boiled eggs and shredded potato. You could ask for noodle in broth too. There was no tea/coffee at breakfast which would be nice if it could be added. The staff were very friendly and helped us booking drivers and tours using translation apps to help us communicate as our Chinese is still developing. Tree was very helpful and added me on WeChat for ease of communication. In addition to helpung us organise trips, he also gave us restaurant and nightlife recommendations. The rooms were clean and each day the bins were emptied and new water bottles provided, but there was no other housekeeping like making the bed. We stayed in 2 different rooms, we uphraded to a room with a bath. For winter, the heating was very weak so we found the rooms extremely cold so we continued to wear coats in the room, this was my only complaint. There are 3 in 1 coffee sachets in the room with mugs and a kettle. Tree allowed us to keep the keycard in the electricity slot in the room to keep the heating on while we were out and ge let us back into our room when we returned, which helped with keeping the room a bit warmer. Having 2 keycards per room would be helpful.
