Outdoor & exterior is interesting.
For the clear day, you can see the light of the hill in the night time. Room size is a bit too small. No place for luggage. Bedding is good. Closet and storage is not practical. Toilet is small no hooks to hang even towels. Water pressure is good and stable. The balcony on top is quite interesting but for the cold day, we didn’t use it. The hotel is just off the main shopping pedestrian a bit which is good is more privacy. Owner & Staff are good caring and  especially Jin-he is a super service mind. When we just arrived at the inn, they invited us to have tea and planning our trips. We have a bit trouble of the window cannot close it and the cold wind is keep coming to the room so they try to correct and move us to the new room. The inn needs to maintenance. Overall, I happy to be here because they take good care.

What an amazing experience!
This lovely hotel is centrally located and tucked away in a sweet little alley. Just far enough away from the energy of the town to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The rooms are comfortable, charming and fully equipped. Some come with cool little upstairs private balconies but all offer old world charm.
Extreme praise for the staff, particularly Andy and Michael. Michael made sure we felt welcome and had fantastic suggestions of not to be missed sights and experiences. Andy was simply incredible! He met us at a gate for Old town and carried our luggage the short distance to the hotel. But even before that he established contact and made sure all questions were answered before arrival. After we had settled in to our room, Andy escorted us to a phenomenal restaurant because he wanted to make sure we found the correct one. And what a meal it was! Be sure to ask about the walking chicken, pork rib and mushroom hot pot place.
Andy is truely awesome! His friendly, thoughtful way and attention to detail around the best suggestions and answers to questions made all the difference for our stay in town. He was always just a message or phone call away with help when needed. He is like a good friend that will take special care to make sure your visit is the best it can possibly be!
We intend to return and bring our friends and family. This hotel is a gem and we offer our highest recommendation. When you leave you will be pleased that Andy and company made your stay truly memorable and satisfying.
