The personell helped us, when we specifically asked for something, but there was no active service or support. If you are tall (＞1,85m), the bathroom was not easy / comfortable to use.

It is just located 5 mins away from the old town entrance. The staff was very friendly as she met me up at the entrance to lead the way. The room is clean and big, but my room is facing the street, where I could hear the noise from the pedestrians.

저렴한 가격에 비해서 시설이 깨끗했고 매일 청소를 해 주셨습니다 그리고 제가 외국인이라 길을 찾지 못할 때 직원분이 친절하게 설명을 해 주셔서 좋았어요!! 입구와 가까워서 접근성도 좋고 무엇보다 정말 좋았던 것은 귀여운 강아지를 매일 볼 수 있다는 것!!!! 그래서 제 핸드폰에는 강아지 사진밖에 안 남았네요🐶 서비스와 청결도 위치까지 다 만족. 추천합니다 The facilities were clean for the reasonable price, and they cleaned every day. And it was nice that the staff kindly explained when I couldn't find my way because I'm a foreigner!! It's accessible because it's close to the entrance, and what was really good is that I can see a cute puppy every day!!!! So I only have pictures of puppies left on my phone 🐶 I'm satisfied with the service and cleanliness location. I recommend it

Good location. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, you need to carry your luggage yourself

Good location as it was at the entrance of the old city and 400m from the food street. This makes going in and out of the guest house easy as the old town is paved with cobble paths and no car can access. The guest house is part of an old building which was very charming, the flowers in the courtyard was on bloom and beautiful. It can get a little cold in some rooms when temperature gets too low. It fell to below 5 degrees during the 1st 2 nights and it was cold despite turning up the air con to the max. We gave feedback to the housekeeper and she helped us warmed up the room before we arrived back to our room when we stayed the 2nd round, that helped.

Definitely easier to stay near the entrances to the ancient town cause of the cobblestones. However, room was not as well maintained as the photos.

The location is great, and the ambiance is pleasant.

We were greeted with a “passport” at the lobby of the hotel. A “hello” or “welcome” or a smile would have been nice, at least. This comment is solely based on the experience on this hotel as we have always felt welcomed in the different places we’ve travelled around Asia.

Location is near the majn road. Easy access for wheelchair. Near lijiang old town. Host service was okay, not really bad and not also really hospitable.

충의시장 버스정류장에서 가까운 거리에 있어서 캐리어를 끌고 먼거리를 갈 필요가 없음. 충의시장과 가깝고 옥룡설산을 가는 버스도 충의시장에서 탑승할수있어서 지리적 위치 만족. 호텔은 1층과 2층으로 되어 있고 2층의 룸을 배정받았음. 전통적인 인테리어와 깔끔하고 매일 청소를 해주었음. 고성내부 어디를 가든 가까운 거리였으며 친절한 사장님과 종업원 덕분에 좋은 사간을 보냈음

Great stay over all, its near the road where cars can reach. The room is big and spacious. The owner is welcoming, and xiao bai is so cute :) Will come back again if we visit lijiang again.
