Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mit sehr guter Lage und Ausstattung. Leider darf der genannte Kamin nicht betrieben werden, was etwas widersprüchlich zur Beschreibung zur Wohnung ist. Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr bemüht bei Fragen/Problemen.
