An absolutely amazing place, on a hill overlooking the lake in the state park. Immaculate grounds and friendly staff. I was truly impressed by the mission-style furniture and all the bird pictures, books, and stuffed animals. Great fireplace in the dining room and a well-appointed game room too. Highly recommended and I am sure we will be back.

We found our overnight stay to be four star hotel quality. The dinner that was prepared was delicious, and we took half of it home. the staff endured many of my questions, and wanted to tell the story of this unique place. Then! There is a monitor in your room, which reveals your energy consumption and your carbon footprint. We enjoyed using their snow shoes (a first for us) and their advice as to where to hike. Looking forward to revisiting again.

Everything is new, clean and breath taking. There was a free continental breakfast, along with free games, movies, and educational materials available for use. Staff was professional and courteous. New oversized doors tend to slam easily and require attention while closing, but are difficult to close quietly. Overall an exceptional getaway.

Nature Inn is fantastic
The staff and facilities at the Nature Inn were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable stay. They had several areas to hang out and play games with our family. We left Sunday morning for a basketball game and the staff remember remembered and even asked my daughter how she did when we returned. Great experience!

Hidden Gem
This was our third stay. We really love this place. It is like a hidden gem. It is very small ( just 16 rooms). The interior is all beautiful light colored hardwood. The food is very good, the employees are friendly, and it feels like you have the entire state park to your self.

What can I say, fantastic location and staff where superb, we had a room overlooking the lake, room was clean and spacious for a family of 4, breakfast was very good, the grill menu was lovely and great fun to bbq. Plenty to do in the park with trails right from the front door, and swimming and kayaking nearby. A perfect relaxing stay for us

Excellent setting, welcoming staff, great breakfasts. Wonderful eco friendly space with nice furnishings, comfortable bed, private balconies. Will return with friends for sure. Highly recommended.
