'Ralph' Comfortable Downtown/UK Apartment

Everything about the place is fine, but no better than fine. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great, good TV, and the location is walkable to downtown if you don't have a car. Everything else was mediocre. It's in the back of an old house in an old part of town in a mildly dirty neighborhood. Not necessarily an unsafe neighborhood but definitely felt a little sketchy arriving at night. We could hear the upstairs neighbor at all times of day and night. Everything in the house felt dingy (smudged and slightly dirty dishes, old towels, floors) because it's an old house. Everything worked, but the pictures online are definitely slightly misleading of the general cleanliness and moderness of the house.

Fine overall, but be prepared to live like a student

Nice location! Very comfortable bed, clean, and very nice location. My partner and I were in town for a work conference of hers, which was at the Hyatt. It was a nice walk with a few coffee and breakfast options along the way each morning. I went along and then returned to work remotely from the apartment with no issues. We were within easy walking distance of all the restaurant options down town, and the place is also right across the street from the University of Kentucky.
