位於Lewes小鎮中心的酒店，連鎖品牌，管理正規。酒店位置非常好，出門沒幾步就是鎮上最熱鬧的商業街High Street，樓下的兩個餐廳用餐也很方便，特別是門面綠色的那個可以點到味道不錯的印尼炒飯，滿足中國胃的需求。酒店房間不大，但很乾凈，進入客房區需要刷房卡，多了一層安全係數。早餐是點單自助式英式全餐，吃喝到飽。服務員都很熱情，有求必應，衹要你英語可以。服務要點都在關鍵地方標識得很清楚，注意觀察，閲讀理解～～

房間很大，位置也好，附近走幾分鐘就有waitrose超市，離火車站也衹有幾分鐘路程，下次來還會住在這裏

Customer service. Many problems, worst stay at a Premier Inn hotel. I paid for early check-in (11am) because I had a family wedding closeby, in which the ceremony started at 12pm. I arrive at the hotel by 11am, after driving for 3 hours. The receptionist told me there were no rooms available yet, which is unacceptable as I had paid the early check-in fee and required the room to 'freshen up'. After 20 mins a room was available, in which I hurried to. Only to find the room key had not been setup correctly. I was already running late by now, i went back downstairs and found no receptionist. I buzzed. Waited. Nothing. Until I went back to the room and pleaded to a cleaner to let me in. (Thank you stranger) I rushed to get ready and returned to reception to let them know I'll be returning tonight for a room key, in which they insisted I had to wait until they made another room key. I rushed to the wedding with 2 minutes to spare, sweating. Not at all happy, I book many rooms, but will think twice before booking again with yourselves in future.

Room is poorer than other premiere inns I have stayed in. Noisy, wifi didn’t work, charging point didn’t work, shampoo etc not as nice as others. This was saved by the service of the staff upon checkin (a gentleman duty manager) and the breakfast. The food was cooked to order and was Fantastic! Good quality food, well cooked and friendly efficient staff. One lady Soukanna was extremely helpful and efficient

Great location, very comfy bed, lovely bathroom and Excellent breakfast which was freshly cooked when ordered, also goid selection of cereal, pastries, yogurts etc and very good value for money, my only negative is there was no hot chocolate

Lovely staff, very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is perfecting situated for the town, transport and parking. It is a nice size, so has a cosy feel and I felt very safe. It was clean, quiet and basically a lovely place to stay with a friendly feel.

Stayed overnight recently, accidently upgraded to one of their premier plus rooms which was pretty nice - basically the same but slightly nicer furniture , better lighting and better tea/coffee including a fridge and mini nespresso machine. Decent bathroom but waterfall shower was more of a waterfall drizzle. Overall - exactly what you’d expect from the Premier Inn. Good location although on site car park was short stay only and nearest (literally across road) has very few spaces. Easy walking distance (2 mins) to shops and the river - with some fab restaurants right underneath and next door. Didn’t stop for food or breakfast within hotel so can’t comment, but offering seemed fairly good - standard for Premier Inn. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Some rooms are a real trek from the lift, ask for one closer to the lift if you need that.

Great location in centre of town, nice clean room, well laid out, we had no issues during our short stay so had limited contact with staff. Easy access to all levels, I would prefer a receptionist but, after a short wait, staff do attend reception to help.
