Motel Lévis

Great little retro motel . Room is small but recently updated. Very clean and comfortable with a great view of quebec city across the river. The fellow at the front desk(owner?) was very friendly and spoke English, He had lots of suggestions of where to eat.

There is no control on the hot and cold water in the shower to two separate small handles. Our head was very poor had to buy a shower almost to hook up. Window broken and bathroom had to a manually open and close it I didn't wind open and then wind close. Security guards extremely poor just a basic doorknob lock no people in a cheap chain on the door when opening. Bathroom is so slow you could barely sit on the toilet. Refrigerator was very small and the door storage area was broken. Sink aerator full of debris not a good stream. Room is worth no more than $50 a night Canadian. Mattress was fairly comfortable pills were poor. Extra Frito-Lay factory where the stink of the factory comes in to the windows and permeates outside.

This is a motel. It’s a little older so our two queen bed room was a little small as was the bathroom, but it’s a motel. That’s how they are. The room and grounds were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable. It was all I would expect from a motel. Only point is that it says there is continental breakfast but there was not. A variety of teas and coffees were available

Une chambre sans aucun charme, en défaisant le lit grosse tache de sang sur la partie repliée sous lit. Photos sur le site de chambre rénover ce qui n’était pas du tout le cas avec un prix de 123 pour une chambre qui en valait 50$. Je suis partie et n’est pas dormie là-bas.

C étais une belle chambre propre mais trop chaude apport sa tous a bien ete

Personnel accueillant, propre malgré l’âge avancé, mais dans notre chambre, drain de douche bloqué, détecteur de fumée sur la tablette pas de batterie, encore avec un vieux tapis, trou ds les murs manque aussi lumière pour lecture le soir. Mais drap propre et lit confortable. Nous avions même un four micro onde.

We arrived very late at night and had no trouble checking into our room. Pet friendly and lovely service at a great price. Thanks!

In realtà è stata una piacevole sorpresa, eravamo prevenuti per le recensioni riscontrate, in realtà abbiamo trovato un ambiente nuovo, pulito ed efficiente. Se proprio vogliamo dire qualcosa di negativo il bagno è un po' piccolo ma comunque funzionante. La reception ha una zona ristoro per poter gustare un caffè aperto 24 ore. Per noi è stato molto valido

Only 2 sets of washroom towels & bathroom supplies for 4 guests in booking. The room is too small for 4 guests, almost no space, one of the 2 beds against the wall heater. It was almost burnt while one foot was touching the wall heater. Only 1 garbage can was provided in the hotel room washroom, none in room. No hair dryer was provided. Even in the morning about 9pm, no receptionist was available to ask for more towels. When returning to motel about 10pm, we did not have new & more towels to use as no housekeeping was provided in 2nd day. The rook curtain was broken. Though it was not a big deal, it should be kept in good condition. When making payment, I commernced complaining my concern. It was ignored by showing in her face as no interest & no feeling becasue she commenced returning to her office behind the reception. I asked her name but she challenged and asked why. I saw spiders in 3 spots.
