Welcome Inn Motel Levin

We booked our stay based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, I cannot relate to them. Our room was cold, the Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, and the room itself was very outdated. Worst of all, there were stains on the sheets! There is definitely room for improvement. It might work for a quick overnight stay, but not with the dirty sheets. Because of this, I cannot recommend it.

Clean and tidy modern motel. We were just passing through and basicly just needed a bed. The room was really tiny so it was adequate for a quick stopover but we wouldnt want to stay there any longer. The area seemed quiet even though its situated off the main road. After staying in the South Island in various much roomier motels this one was slightly overpriced at $150.00

Lovely motel, everything you needed, heat pump, great shower, compact kitchen, very good lighting which is quite hard to find! Quiet, modern and very comfortable. I totally enjoyed my stay here, would highly recommend.

This was a one night stop for a work thing for my son. The staff super friendly when we checked in. The location is down a longish driveway so it super quiet and it's rather pretty with a good quality tarsal (better than our SH with trees and good lighting) Secure parking near the room. The rooms appears to have been recently refurbished and the beds were clean along with the towels and kitchen items. Really impressed that we had an oven top and microwave. Loved the clever idea to have the bathroom window glazed as a mirror for space spacing - very clever! The shower had some nice depender of shampoo etc which I think is better than the little continuers some places have. It's less wasteful and less plastic going into the landfill. Love how the rooms look like mini log cabins - super cute!

This is an excellent motel. Its situation away from the road front means the unit was extremely quiet. There was zero road or rail noise. Motel units are very clean. The air conditioning ensured comfort during the hot night. Reasonable rates provided exceptional value for money. Extremely obliging hosts.

We stopped off at this motel for one night each way pre and post the Inter Island ferry trip to break up the trip (less tired) between North & South Island as we were travelling to and from Tauranga 7Hr each way. Great Little find. Just ideal for that one night stay. All very clean with the needed facilities. All very friendly staff and late check in.
