"After staying for the first day, we asked the cleaning lady to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, and we went out. After waiting for a long time, it was almost eleven o'clock. My boyfriend went downstairs to find the front desk and asked them to change the room. When he opened the room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes. I thought something was on fire! The matter is still under investigation and has not been resolved yet."
