"For my personal reasons I booked a specific room two weeks back. On my way to Botswana tree days ago I personally confirmed the booking at the reception. Today on arrival they gave me completely different room in completely different location. According to their explanation the booked room was occupied. It is not the first time when I was facing similar situation locally and internationally. But it is only in Palm Park hotel the person who booked place and confirmed the booking was relocated."

"Terrible, Terrible experience - did not even want to rate it at all! Premises being used by locals as a drinking / party venue with unbelievably loud music being blasted until 4 am. The manager/owner does not care about paying guests and we were not forewarned and no apology was given. DO NOT stay here."
