Such a crappy experience. Booked thru Agoda since February for Eid on almost end of April. Room was booked, when I arrived in the morning about 7am, the receptionist said she couldn't find our reservation. Showed the proof and she said in a condescending voice "maybe you paid too cheap ya so owner can't accept" and offered us to pay double the rate. I know beggars can't be choosers since it's cheap, but come on, train your staff to at least apologise and show some empathy. Thankfully Agoda staff been very helpful during the stressful times and apologise profusely. On the contrary, Oyo has been doing nothing. So yeah, take your money somewhere else 😌
